Right now your team is not that good because of your injuries. But once you have Hamilton, Cruz, Gonzalez, Bourn, Crisp, Furcal you will make your way up the leaderboard. The problem is you have guys who were white hot like Gordon and Smoak who have cooled down while losing your 2 big stars.

I'm impressed with my patience. I could have traded my team away and panic...but I didn't. I stayed strong and my team will be very good starting next week.

Every trade I sent out was declined, though, so I thank everyone else for keeping my team intact.

You really don't like Jeter but he's been playing great since I got him.

My problem will be finding who to bench when the guys get off the DL. AND who to drop.

I'll be dropping Hernandez because he gets half the playing time but my 2nd guy is tougher to figure. I still have faith in Gordon, while I'm sure some have jumped off the ship. He's batting leadoff now and could get a lot of run chances.

Take off your pinstripe glasses. Take out his 1 game against Texas with 2 homers, 3 RBI, 2 runs you are talking over the last 14 days

Now thats over 14 days. Shocking when you put it into numbers. Make sure you lay a pillow on the floor before you faint after thinking he has been playing good .

Regardless of how you feel about him...he's done better since I got him than before.

I am just messing with you. On a serious note i had to double check when you said you had him for 21 games. It seems like 2 weeks ago to me. Time really does fly boys. My daughter is about to turn 3 and my son 1. Both seem like they have been around for 6 months . Cherish what you have because before you know it its all almost over.

Im sure we all could not wait to get out of high school. I remember people telling me you are going to regret hating school. Boy what i would do to go back and do it all over. Just one of the many things.

Depends on the playoffs. It seems to be the way the MVP works now. Make the playoffs get MVP. Dont give it up to the next best guy in line. Last year with Votto over Cargo and Pujols. Last year with Josh Hamilton and Miguel Cabrera. All had better numbers then the MVP.

Agree completely with that statement.

And I was one who was upset when I graduated high school because I had so much fun senior year. Knowing I was going to have to move from the place I lived for 17 years also put a damper on it though.

My numbers are good enough to beat anyone this week but I'm facing the only guy with a worse record than me to start the week.

I hate those 1 inning blowups. The other night Travis Wood had a no hitter through 5.1 innings. When that inning was over he ended up with 3 hits, 2 walks, 4 ER and a no decision.
