baseball keeper decisions

15 team, 5 player keeper league.  We do not keep players based on where drafted, just keep whomever we want.  Guys im looking at are:  miguel cabrera, jacoby ellsbury, justin morneau, joey votto, jon lester, adam jones, yovani gallardo.  Right now i am leaning: cabrera, ellsbury, morneau, votto, and lester.  I am trying to shop either morneau or votto bc i do not want 3 first baseman.  Any ideas o rinsight out there?

are your guys on prices???

your final 5 look good....gallardo could have a big year, but he's yet to really prove it....adam jones is a stud,,,maybe keep all bats and draft pitcher heavy...

mayb trade votto??

just my thoughts for now

Keep 5 offensive players...How many people in league?

Im in a 14 team keeper and we keep 6 players, doesnt matter if pitchers or hitters.....I have Gordon Beckham, Matt Wieters, Jayson Werth, Arod, Hanley, Jacoby Ellbury, Jon Lester, Dan Haren, John Lackey, Ubaldo Jimenez...Im thinking of keeping the 6 hitters and llok to drafting pitcher heavy on draft day...Any thoughts??? I think those 6 hitters is a great nucleus

Those are 6 studs..Hitting is more consistant...Hitters are good for 10 yrs..Pitchers can break down easier..Allways keep hitters over pitchers

15 teams, and we keep 5.  no value placed on players kept.  ive also got adam jones as a possible option.  dont know if he is 30 homerun guy, or just a 12-15 homerun guy.

thanks uconn... leaning toward adam jones right now, would have 2 OF and 2 1B, leaving votto out.........

Votto is in a hitters park..He could hit 27-30 dingers

was negotiating a trade with another owner, any thoughts are appreciated.....

i trade justin morneau
i get adam lind

i really like lind, and that would leave me with 2 1B, 2OF, 1P....keepers after this trade for me would be

miguel cabrera, jacoby ellsbury, jon lester, joey votto, adam lind

compared to what i have right now, before this trade:

miguel cabrera, jacoby ellsbury, jon lester, justin morneau, joey votto

i would trade  votto  for  lind, not morneau
