Understood they use an outside agency. But someone from covers should be following up. Seems like it’s the old story not my job. And then you have to follow up. If someone has the ability to keep track then covers should rely on their own. Besides is there a lot of winners everyday. Ty for you time.

When I won with the hats and the hoodies I received a verification email the very next day why can't they do that now ? $20 friggen dollars really doesn't matter it's just the point of getting nine in a row and getting jacked around

Hey Duece200, As Tammy informed you earlier you were sent a prize verification email regarding your recent wins, which you appeared to have responded to. Within that email it stated that gift cards would be sent out near the 1st full week of the next month(May). The expectation was these would be sent before the end of this week, the orders were sent over on Monday of this week and I have yet to receive confirmation that they have been sent. Once I do I will be sure to inform you of that, I am doubtful they will be sent out over the weekend, but I have followed up with them to be sure these get sent out. We apologize for the short delay on having these sent out, but rest assured you will receive the gift card.

Great ?? Flynt. Thanks for the great feedback. You guys seem like it’s a little annoying to you. But keep in mind without us there is no site. Yes the public can be a pain in the neck from time to time. I was a firefighter before moving south but always keep an ear open and as annoying as it was hearing the same questions over and over I always keep it as answering it for the first time.
