I gotta tell you, I'm not sold on USF this year. They beat an annually scrubby NC and had a seemingly impressive win against Auburn, but at second glance, you'll see that this isn't the Auburn of old.
WVU is still getting it done and no one is even making it a close game. I think they'll take the wind out of the sails of 60K home fans (who won't be a factor at all once they are trailing by to scores) and will have fun doing so!
WVU -7 Hell, I'd even give USF 20 in this one!

I think both teams might be lobbying to join the big ten next year... this is one badass physical defensive game. Under seems pretty safe at this point. How many dropped balls so far?
