I am on the sideline for this game. 

Houston has a chip on its shoulders.   UTEP will not stop the Houston arsenal which includes two pretty good RB's plus a Heisman candidate in Keenum.  Buckram did not play last week for UTEP. 

20 is a lot and the game with Texas State was 68 to 28.  But, Houston could have won that game by a 100.   Houston only scored a few points in the 3rd quarter and I do not believe they scored in the 4th out of respect for TS.

Personally, I believe Houston will cover in this particular game.  You have revenge from last year, a talent differential on Offense, and 30K screaming Cougar High fans at Robertson.    In addition, UTEP's D is just as bad as Houston's.  The difference will be Houston superiority on O.  

Houston will cover -20.5...

Both played scrubs last week.  Houston was much more impressive.  I'm thinking they could cover the 20.5 if needed, but I'm also thinking they'll want to save something for UCLA next week. 

I'm going to stick with the O/U and I'm leaning Under.
