wishful thinking my friend.  your logic is flawed.  had texas lost to texas A&M, and kicked out of NC game, texas would have been ripe for an upset by the huskers.  its not going to happen.  A&M was a wake up call, especially for our D. 

This game may be closer than 14.5, but anyone predicting an upset of Texas is this game is just drinking large amounts of the Big Red Kool-Aid...

So we have this chick in the office (I live in Omaha) who moved up here from Texas less than 6 months ago and we give her a job.  She goes and buys a cake with a "Go Longhorns" theme on it, sticks it in the break room and sends out a smug e-mail about how everyone should come have some. up and down week for me this week I just gotta hope with this play it's the one that's on the upside...

I just feel defensively the Longhorns are more dominant than Nebraska's defense. I not discounting a good Nebraska team but I just feel that Texas has a lot to play for in this one and Colt and Shipley will start this game going early...

Need I say more? Horns take this one by 17 or more. Sorry we are not on the same side this time Sharp. I think some people judge the Horns by the rival game last week vs. a steamed aTm and that was expected in a rivalry.  On the other hand, Neb is a good team with a great Defense but that is all they got.  Our offense is better than their defense. Our defense is better than their offense.  Best bet is UNDER.
