Yea it's easier to talk cash...units are so arbitrary. You can say that you bet 6 units but that could be $60, $600, or $6k.
 
I have under 28 1.2k to win 1k
So. Miss to score Under 37.5 1.2k to win 1k
Under 9 for the Bos/Ana game 1.15k to win 1k
and 2nd half of Bos/Ana game Bos -105 for 1.05k to win 1k

I'm a student at USC. I've built my bankroll playing for about 6 years.

Is it bad to discuss the actual amount we wager? I think it tends to back up the picks since there's a lot more thinking going on when u betting $500 versus $5 on a wager...although people could say anything about how much they are wagering on a forum. Let me know what you think.

I always thought that a unit was $1000 so I learned something new today. It really is relative I suppose one mans $500 bet may be another mans $50 bet. I am not sure it would matter to me how much someone was actually risking for me to be disuaded one way or the other.
 
I always do check to see what most of the vets are saying before I make my wagers anyway.

I don't think theres any problem with it IMO. 
 
But again like you said, people say they are betting alot larger than they truly are.  Thats why I prefer to just keep my amounts disclosed.

Ahh hopefully I just push the 28...I'm glad I waited for the line to move back to 28 from 27.5 before I took that 1st half line. Although another score would kill it.
 
I've had my ups and downs over 6 years though...hopefully that experience can translate to good picks on this board. I'm gunna try to post a lot more often this season.
