LOL, your friend obviously has never watched a football game before.  If anybody breathing takes Rice to cover they need to stop sports betting immediately.  Give your money to charity or something where people can benefit from it.

I'm still undecided on this game.  I'm leaning on the under due to Rice is plain awful and Southern Miss starting a 3rd string QB.

CORRECTION TIME! I am switching my pick to Rice plus the points. A closer look reveals that Southern Mississippi is not that great against the pass, and Rice accounts for 71% of their total offense via the passing game. Rice also only allows 4.3 yards per rush. This is coming against top notch quality opposition; save Nicholls State. It just seems too easy to take Southern Mississippi in this game based wholly upon name recognition alone. A third string quarterback is not going to blow a team out by 20 something odd points. the odds makers cannot tip their hand now because it's too late. So I will tease Rice and the under in this game and get my money on. VEGAS HUSTLER: Go on and put your picks on any marquee game such as the Kentucky/South Carolina game thread. Everyone will see them that way. Don't nothin' move but the money. Every poster is a hard time wagerer like myself. Don't trip partner. They don't love you yet. They have to get used to you. Don't let off what you make or lose, just tell everyone what you choose and why. A lot of guys out there aren't wagering what they say they're wagering on games, so just get your cheese, pimpin'. it's all game. Your bank account is what's good for you.

I think the Under 55 is the play here. Maybe if you can get it at Under 28 for the 1st half that would be solid. I see 27.5 -105 right now.
 
The fact that Rice is giving up 40+ points is kind of skewed since they've played Texas and Texas Tech that can run up the score. The QB situation will slow down So. Miss scoring even more. They've only averaged 24 points and they'll be running the ball to avoid mistakes from their QB. At least the So Miss defense looks a bit better than Rice's. Also I'm leaning towards Rice to cover since 21 points is a lot for a 3rd string QB.
 
I took So Miss to score Under 37.5 for 1.2k to win 1k so far.

Here I go the worst capper ever  actually I pushed last night so Im counting that as a WIN LOL .I like the under tonight but sometimes 2 crapy teams seem to put up a lot of points.Hell I dont know

Rice is not good. Southern Miss should be able to handle the trenches, but 21 with a third string QB? Got to stay away better plays coming. If push came to shove I would take So Miss and under but it is a pass tonight.
