first arkansas , then florida, now oklahoma st. seems a lot for a sun belt team to handle. they should be softened up for the cowboys.

Ditto ColoneJim, I think men of Troy is ripe for the picking.. Oklahoma St wins and cover. What a tough first 3 games for Troy..

I too agree with you cojim. The only reason Troy put points on the board last week was cuz their 1st team O was against Floridas 2 & 3 string. The Cowboys finally got their groove back and should cover easily.

OSU opens Big XII play next week against TxTech.  If Reid & Savage play, I don't see them playing long.  Not saying they'll "look ahead" but health is an issue.

You know, i always have faith in Troy for some reason. I think I'd take the points here. This also could be a look ahead to Texas Tech.

the OK St. defense should be able to keep the score relatively low, although Troy can definitely put them on the board... just look what they did against florida and arkansas... neither team can run the ball relatively well, Troy should be battle tested tough already with their previous 2 opponents, and they'll have their first home game on ESPN2 that should get their juices flowing... i really haven't seen much of the OK st offense so far, not even putting up many pts against florida atlantic... take the points and Troy

Before we jump on OSU because of conf...Lets look at he hard #'s
TROY against SEC  108 rush 235 pass thats pretty good even if its 2nd string its the SEC
 
OSU against SEC and yea SUNBELT  RUSH 33.5!!!  Pass 98.5!!!
now you think they will run over SUNBELT??? WHY??
 
Maybe everyone thinks Georgia payed 2nd string...

Only 1 game on television. It's too easy to take Oklahoma State. I will take Troy, and buy 2.5 points. What makes Oklahoma State so good? They aren't that great of a road team. troy is 4-1 ats their last five games, sooo.....

Troy started the season with two impossible road games, this being the first home game and against a team that is not a top 25  Troy should know they gotta chance in this one.  troy and the points for me.    gla

No run = long game which = over
neither team worth a chit so i'm taking the over for something to watch at work on a friday night !! just my opinion.

Since I didn't like any of the sides I looked at the O/U and found nothing solid.

I'm staying away from this game and start concentrating on Saturday games.

Careful guys, Col Jim is on OK State, so take Troy or lay off.  He was on TCU, and as I posted yesterday, that made me even more confident in taking Air Force.  We saw how that ended.....
 
I like your Under play gators, that is likely the onhly sensible play on this contest.  Good luck all...

Could last night have been any worse.  TCU 14 point lead with 8 min to play - lose, no cover.
WVU doesn't score, but kicks a meaningless field goal - No Terp cover.
No offense for Terps, guess running the ball down 2 TD's keeps the over out of reach.
I need a winner tonight to get the Mojo back.

Guys, I've been reading your posts for two years now and would like to thank some of you regular posters.  All I have to say is look at the weather report for Troy ALL DAY today.  Yes, OK state can put up some points, but to echo what somebody else said earlier, if they get any kind of lead the preserve for Texas Tech.  Take the under before it goes down later today. 
 
No guarantee, but check it out for yourselves.  OK state stops troy from running and they don't look like they're the best passing team, especially when you throw a soggy, heavy football into the mix.  By the way, Troy's in Alabama...Hey, I didn't know!

The way things are it looks to me Robinson & Bowman light up the men of Troy tonight. Cowboys play well on the road. Robinson (3TD/no INT last week) Bowman (AVG 20 YPC) and has a huge size adavantage over Troy's secondary that's depleted after losing Martin last week. They hook up for at least 3 tonight. Troy can't stop the run either. Before you go putting your money on Troy and the Under you might want to consider their.........
