Can anyone comment on how LSUs bowl preparation has been going.  Les Miles is inept as a head coach but is a hell of a motivator.

LSU cannot keep up. D is not impressive this year. Tech likely covers but here's my large play.

You guys have scared me off a big play on LSU, but I still think they can shut down a one dimensional GT offense with a month to get ready.  LSU has a strong front 7, it is their secondary that has let them down against good passing teams.  Their DBS are hitters when on run support.  I think this is a low-scoring, one FG game that could go either way.  If LSU had any QB at all, they would roll GT.  Too many superior athletes at LSU who should be well rested.  It will depend on the attitude they bring, but I am counting on Miles to wake this giant (who slept through the season) up.  LSU for two units.     LSU 23-----GT 20

BTW, this bowl always seems to put on a great game with close, exciting matches.  Year in and year out, the Chik Fil A/Peach bowl is one of the best bowls of the year.  As someone who hates to go out with all the crazies celebrating every New Year's, this bowl has made it worth staying home for.  Happy New Years everyone, especially those of us swimming against the tide on this game!

I believe the ACC is 5-0 ATS this bowl season. Would be very difficult for me to have my $$$ dependent upon a Fr. QB making second career start in this setting. 48 career passes with a rather low YPA figure. GLTA..

When I 1st looked at this game I thought G.Tech - e.i against Georgia... then I thought LSU - e.i. against Alabama.... LSU has the athletes, but can they stop the option?  This is the scenario  I've got to play out in my head to decide on this game.   Sharp

Love this game...LSU lost 4 of their last 6, which could have been 5 of their last 6 without the miracle comeback against Troy. Georgia Tech looked great in the last two weeks with a dominating performance against Miami and a nice win against Georgia...the same Georgia team that beat LSU by two TD's. Look for GT to control the tempo and flow of the game with their option attack and win this game by 10+...

Biggest play of the bowl season thus far....

LSU ranks 19th on the "Public Money" link whereas GT ranks 45th...

LSU is not even ranked, they have fallen out of the top 25.
That says they are not a top 25 team this year by the coaches and the AP Poll

LSU is over rated and Ga Tech is under rated
4 is alot for these 2 in this match up but there is a reason for it.
Ga.tech plays good teams so its not like a Reno or hawaii team here

theres no way the LSU defense will stop the option. Call it one dimensional if you want but Georgia couldnt stop it this year and neither will LSU. LSU was supposed to have this quick defense that would play well against Florida and you see what happened there. GT=

If this game was set up for LSU to get their butts kicked the line would be higher. GA Tech could easily be a 7 point favorite in this game after everyone saw the Tech/GA game. Alot of talk about Tech and the over. Feeling like a fade hear. LSU's offense is shit but they have had a lot of time to prepare for this game. Tech is hot and at home, this line should be higher. LSU and the Under.

This is why I'm taking LSU here +5 already locked in. If this game was play in early December, I'd be all over GT. But do not forget that LSU has the speed and talent to stop GT and it will happen tonight. Not trying to sound cocky, but I may put a little on the Moneyline for LSU.

just cant see LSU able to stop the triple option or prepare for the real thing in practice.  Thinking a low scoring affair with Tech covering.
