Like the OVER right now. Tech offense hitting its stride at the end of the year. Paul Johnson is also working on a run-n-shoot package right now to add a little more excitement.
Should be a fun game to watch.

OVER!!! Ga Tech's Defense isn't performing at it's best right now... But the offense sure is. And let me say I was one of the biggest doubters in thinkin that option wouldn't hold up against UGA one of the faster teams in the league, but boy was I wrong. I'ma believer in Paul Johnson now! 45 on UGA 41 on Miami and 31 on FSU and LSU hasn't been able to stop anyone all year. Les Miles should've got outta town while he had the chance. LSU was overated last year too, just went up against a team that was more overated than anyone else.
34-28 GaTech

No disrespect but if it's one thing College Football had taught us over the last three years is throw history out the window! It's been years filled with upsets and teams that come out of nowhere. And when was the last time a LSU team this bad was in the Chic-Fil-A bowl?

biggest ATS disparity of any matchup in the bowl games...
GT: 8-2 ATS
LSU: 2-9 ATS
LSU has lost 3 out of 4 and 4 of its last 6... including an embarrassing loss to Arkansas... teams coming into a bowl game floundering generally don't do well...

Like Tech here, playing at home, no less. Paul Johnson with a whole month to prepare? Now that is scary...if you have LSU, that is. GA TECH -3 (bought 1/2) GL all.

Lord, reading some of these posts is simply laughable. Sure LSU has had a down year mainly because of the loss of their starting QB Ryan Perriloux before the season started and lack of leadership. But there is no way i bet against LSU in this spot, they still have loads more talent than GaTech and with a month to prepare.......LSU will be ready to play. LSU's offensive line will dominate Gatech and run the ball down their throat and with LSU's very talented receiving corp, I see them executing the play action pass for several big plays. On a fast track indoors I do not see Gatech matching LSU's speed at all!

If you look at the teams today, Ga Tech winning and looking spectacular, and LSU losing people money, I even told my friend to stop and he kept taking them, they look bad!
Ga Tech looks like a ....ya know.......

I hear what everyone is saying, and have watched both of these teams play 3-4 games this year. But something bothers me about this matchup. GT is so one dimensional on offense that LSU, with a month to prepare, has the horses to load up. LSU has great talent up front, and they should be able to sneak the LBs and DBs up for run support. The teams that blew LSU out were the ones with good balance, especially those who could throw it well (Georgia and Florida) off play action. Now LSU is weak at QB, and that is all that worries me. I think LSU can hold the GT offense down like UNC did, just not sure how much they will be able to score. Still evaluating, but leaning with the LSU Tigers.

people keep talking about LSU with a month to prepare, etc... why is a month to prepare so much better for them and not GT? and why is it that they couldn't play for shit all year with a week to prepare, but they are gonna suddenly be a new team with a month to prepare?
this team is weak weak fucking weak at QB, and that is a disaster in bowl games... teams with weak QBs do not win bowl games... if you have been betting bowl games for more than a couple weeks you should know this... you bet on LSU, you will be betting on the team that will almost certainly be -2 in the TO battle...
they are as undisciplined on defense as any team i have watched this year, make stupid penalties, stupid mistakes, and they are playing against a team that is predicated on the exact opposite... the ACC is being severely underrated, as indicated by their 4-0 ATS start to the bowl season...
don't buy into all the hype from previous years... this LSU team is middle of the road, and doesn't belong in this bowl game...
