Tech can keep this game close but will have to play nearly flawless on offense to do it.  Ball possession will be key and ZERO turnovers is a must.

Tech should keep it close. The national bet says the Tigers should win by at least -8. Nonetheless, the Jackets should get a couple late FG's to cover the spread.

Think Clemson at home covers this spread.  GT has had ball security issues and inconsistent in the passing attack.  Clemson will load up their DBs to help stop the run.  Tech defense will have no answer for the diversified offense Clemson will throw at them.  Clemson needs a big win to stay in contention for the 2nd BCS bid from the ACC as FSU looks to cruise into the title game.  Get your weekend jump-started with this game.

I don't know how this game is scheduled @ Clemson two years in a row. Last years spread closed at -11 and the spread this year seems like it will close relatively the same or close to it. The O/U is down by 11 points this year. Not sure what to read into that but its most likely due to Tech's lack of a passing game. Over the last 7 games Vad Lee has thrown only 2 touchdowns yet had 5 interceptions over the same span.

It also would of worked with ball st. If they stopped lynch they would of kneeled the ball. And ball st would cover.

Lynch ran for 123 yards on 20 carries and 2 TDs. if they couldn't stop him up to that point, why would they stop him with 1:26 to go?

There is a "IF ONLY" in every football game that could have changed the outcome. NIU dropped three potential pick sixes in that game. "If only" the held on to one of those, Ball st would not have covered even if they DID stop Lynch in the end.

Tonight is a little different, Clemson has a lot of players on defense listed as questionable. And they may still win by double digits. But Clemson has no incentive to blow out this team.
