To all the people who are critisizing TCU's backup:  He's a better dual-threat qb than Dalton....If I remember correctly Lockers dual threat ability frustrated that BYU defense.
 
This game looks too close to call....I need to verify this injury information before I make my decision, can anyone help?

Honestly, I didn't think I was gonna put any money on this one.  My one unit is on BYU. 

I understand that TCU is undefeated in the conference and they're playing a very big game on Thursday night.... but I don't think they're on the same level as BYU.  Even though this game is in Texas, BYU recruits in Texas so some of the roster will be back in the area.  But we know all the good ones goes to either Texas or Oklahoma.  What I think is going to happen is BYU will win this one comfortably.  I really think there is a mismatch in talent.  Coach Gary Patterson thinks so too.

I think the better question should be if both teams are tied down the stretch, if BYU has the last possession, will BYU's offense be able to score against this TCU D or vice versa.  Spread is low because lines makers  assume this is a close game; in a close game, I'll take the better offense over a good defense anyday.  The offense only has to move the ball close enough for a FG.

did u forget oklahoma?

who has BYU played?? Utah State, Northern Iowa, UCLA, Washington, Wyoming, and New Mexico.. their only road games were at Washington and Utah State.. hardly tough teams to play on the road.. not to mention if it wasn't for that stupid celebration penalty on Washington, who knows? BYU might have lost in OT..

Oklahoma did have their way with that TCU D in the 1st half, through the air.  It'll be interesting to see this TCU D go up against BYU passing attack.

BYU is the stronger team but these Thursday night conference matchups are always a toss-up. The stronger team doesn't necessarily win.  Too close to call here.

First post since my MNF outright winner. 

I'm going to fade the public and take TCU tonight, but for a smaller sized play.  Would have been a bigger play for me since I loved the line movement against the public, but that idiot Brandon Lang is on TCU for 20 dimes tonight and I will never bet large on the same side as that guy, except in the Super Bowl.  So this one could easily lose.
