Its only contrarian because nobody is on Wyoming due to everyone knowing "they were gutted". Vegas knows this. Hell, Wyoming knows this. Nobody is basing their Illinois bet in the matchup either, because they have no idea what they are going to get out of Wyoming,  but assume Devito and Illinois will be solid at home. I'll believe it when I see it, and will tip my cap to Beilema and crew.....
