Illinois and Kansas are the type of spreads to be hitting this week, basically betting them to win the game, don't disagree with either, the Monroe play peaks my interest, now I will have to look over that game

I love how last week's thread turned into a debate on the UA  play.  Do they not realize that your large money plays are not open for discussion.  them.  You can play, or you can not play, but it's not like they're going to talk you out of something. It happened to be my favorite game of the week, so seeing you were on it large required me to sell my prescription meds to the middle school crowd to get more to put on it.  It was a good weekend in the middle of a good year (and I had Army and Eastern ML plays - ).

Wish they would have put up that GT game at the 7.5 you predicted. 

I'll be in New Orleans and Baton Rouge this week, so you'll have to find a way to carry on without me.  Far be it from me to tell you what to play, but I had UL-M -5.5 and got a +1.5.    KU should win too.

I think Large Money plays have done so well that people are just too spoiled Maine, I had someone telling me I was lucky in an email, I give everyone a home underdog that scores 42 points and wins by over two touchdowns after trailing by 10 at the half and I wasn't right on the play?  I have had better plays before that were more convincing wins but they didn't pay any better

I think minnesota is a bit overrated and purdue has played a pretty murderous schedule.  They played NW pretty even statistically even if you discount the big run by sheets.  Minnesota was severely outplayed by the illini despite the win and eeked out a win vs indiana.  Think Purdue's schedule might rate at 2nd hardest in country outside of washington. 
 
On Nevada at -3, no idea how you nabbed PK, i hit that shit almost immediately and was loving that line.  Think this line should be at least a touchdown.  Hawaii really never had a chance in that boise game and didnt look all that tough from what i saw.  If this was anywhere but hawaii, youd see a double digit spread. 
 
I grabbed Oregon for some at -3, but had to pay -120....did you manage to get -110 on -3?  I will look into that game furthur, but thought it would open around 7, and was definitely happy to take it at 3. 
 
Was on zona big with you last week as well, nice win.  Keep it up pal....

Wahoo, congrats. on the AZ hit.  I had lost all I could afford already last week so did not play it but was glad to see you and the others that played it hit.  When I get down I never chase, not ever anymore.

hey all i have bet on football the last three years, but have bought season packages of picks.  this has worked out,  but i would like to learn how to "cap" games myself, so i'm not betting on other peoples picks.  I have done very well betting the NFL this year on my own, but unfortunately have not had a winning week in college football yet.  Any advice tips and/or constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated.  Here are a couple of games that i liked early this week.

with 2 other cappers, but you're the best.  Loved the AZ pick last week.  This is my first post ever - that AZ pick made me make this post.  There was another guy last week that called the Browns upset over the Pats on the NFL thread that I thought was similarly special.

maybe you already answered this, but i was wondering why Oregon wasnt a LARGE MONEY play? its the only one you said you would not change off your list so far.....

thanks Train, I will be changing up the card some this week, but you are right, Oregon will remain no matter what, it didn't make it all the way to "Large Money" status because it is laying points on the road in the conference play with a team that isn't starting their number 1 quarterback

a team must meet many qualifications for me to bump them up to that next level of Large Money, that being said, Oregon is going to beat Arizona State this Saturday

 

might not keep Nevada or Minnesota but I knew I would have wiggle room with those lines because they were both set wrong, they have adjusted now, I might dabble with a middle in the Nevada/Hawaii game since I have a PK and line is now 4, the Minnesota/Purdue game could be a coin flip but Purdue is a shitty football team with no heart, my only problem with that game is Minnesota already has 6 wins and they are obviously bowl eligible meaning they have already reached their pre-season goal as a team

Oregon is the only play I would recommend as of now, but should you keep the others then best of luck

I think the MINN is "golden"  
Two teams going in opposite directions; Purdue in a free fall, Gophers looking better every week. You can tell that team is well coached. I looked at it early, could have gotten a point, now it's pickem and I AM PICKING EM
