Over 59 North Texas at Ball St....dont see much D
 
MIssouri +7 or more  ... Tigers have some value vs Overrated Illinois
 
Maryland +21.5  The Terps have a nice Running game and a DR QB who might have a breakout year...While CAL is the better team anything over 17 might be too many for Tedford's Bears
 
More on Arizona at -13 or less ...
Just a Horrible matchup for CMU ...

I love the write ups and the radio show Double.  Thanks for posting a side by side line/your psrs. 

I doubt that you do, but was wondering if you ever look at the congrove computer predictions.  I just discovered it for the first time in the off season.  It admittingly is only accurate around 50%.  Was wondering if you compare their difference with yours.

Have you been checking the injruy lists of late?  Definately do.  I noticed that you are heavy on Troy.  Are you aware that their only DB with experience is now off the team?  They have lost Jorrick Calvin.  This means that Bowling Green QB Sheehan will have a green secondary to work against.

DU4L - Much respect for all of the time and energy you put into CFB  

Great run last year, and thoroughly enjoyed your bowl run.  

One question for week 1 - You are showing a 10pt difference between your PSR and the actual line for PSU and Akron, yet you don't have this game as a play.  What are your concerns not to play PSU .  Everywhere I look, there are large plays coming in on Penn St.  What is your read on this game?

Double-Up....huge fan.  Hope your Bills get off to a fast start.  I can see some TO drama brewing at some point though (Eagles Fan so I've been there done that).
 
Two quick questions/thoughts...I want to pull the trigger with you on Minn, Kentucky and Troy.  Quick questions...
 
Minn....Heard they are switching to a "run" focused style offense still working the kinks out.  To the point I recently read their starting offense couldnt score on their #1 defense or #2 defense in practice game situations.  Any concern there.  I know Cuse is a mess right now.  Maybe that will help.
 
Kentucky....Clear mis-match but ANY CONCERN OF A LOOK-AHED for the back-door cover?
 
Troy....Just read their only experienced DB just got kicked off the team.  Any concern the BG QB will have a field day?

Those Bills Might be in Trouble ...You Can't win Many games with ??? On Both Lines .. O-Line D-...D-Line C Will there be a  Pass Rush  The LB's  C-... are too Slow ... I would love to see Nick Harris Beat out super Slow Ellison at OLB.. POZ chooses the wrong Gap Too Often...WHY HAVE THE BILLS NOT SWITCHED TO THE 3-4

Kentucky does not play next week nothing to lookahead to...I dont see this one being Within 24!! The Wildcats have Big advantage at almost every aspect of this game ...MY largest play right now

Troy has played so many top teams on the road out of conference over the Last 5+ years..The Trojans are way too  Fast on Defense and at the skill Pos..... If Troy gets ahead and BG has to play ketchup.. The Trojans front 7 might have 4+ Sacks and 3+ Turnovers

 

Minnesota will be up and down this year IMO ... Might be Overrated when the BIG 10 schedule rolls around and I should be fading them in 4+...at the same time The Cuse have not value with the Line being under DD ... Will be backing the Orange as a Home dog of 13+ this year ..

Congrove is a computer program that attempts to determine the margin of victory.  It is right at 50% accurate each of the last few years.  I was simply curious how your power rankings compared with their predictions.  In the following post there is a third column to your previous post containing their predicted margin of victory by congrove.  They picked Missouri to win outright by 5 hence the asterisk.  There are really not many games that you both agree on being decided by more than a Field Goal of the line.  I think Minnesota is the only one. Oh well, just thought I would post this to compare out of curiosity.

Double up....Thanks for the response and additional insight on the games.  Sounds like you needed a chance to vent a bit on your Bills.  Don't get me started on Donovan.  Be nice to see the Eagles finally get over the hump.  I've locked and loaded with you on the Trojans.  Thursday night can't get here quick enough.  Lets get some!!!!

Troy's Front 7 could be in the Falcons Backfield  all Game ...

Sometimes Injuries and Susps for week1 or any other week make a team rally around one another and perform over thie heads ..

BG should be in the basement of the MAC with a Defense that will fall in the toliet

The Eagles look pretty good on paper .. Really Like the Giants to wWin the East but I think the Eagles 9-7+ should win a WC Spot ...Don't trust Jason Peters in week 1 vs Peppers and Co...

That being said McNabb is one of my Favorite current QB's in the league ... Sure wish the Bills had him

UAB looks like a solid Play based on Rice losing some of it's best WR's/TE and QB of all time

    hmmmm i came up with +3 for toledo vs purdue, just wondering before i take them if you had any other angle that gives you a better read for this game, regardless your spread is lower as well, thank you for posting your spreads...... i will do mine for all teams when i earn more credability.... until then i will just show my choices

let me guess you use the site college football poll, anyways the computer generated picks are actually a great resource to use if you do the rest of your home work, for example: the utep buffalo game, a pick em, now you have to go back and see loss of players from last year and return starters etc. buffalo just lost rb was best thing going for them thats worth atleast a 7 pt edge in gavor of utep, to me that game has utep all over it.. just my opinion
