I may be way off here, but I feel this is a different Ole Miss team and those stats are irrelevant. I think Memphis is a decent team, but Ole Miss is deep and talented at almost every position and I really dont see how Memphis will be able to keep this under 21. Yes this is a much bigger game for Memphis, but I am of the opinion that after playing a relatively close game last yr, Ole Miss won't be caught screwing around in this one. Anyways, please let me have it as I like Ole Miss here and seem to be alone in that so maybe I am really off base here.
I agree that past trends are meaningless here. The talent level on these two teams is usually close, but certainly not this year. Plus, Memphis has several key injuries to skill players and I see no way they can move the ball at all on Ole Miss. The crowd will be about even (24,000 or so for each team) as many Memphis fans have basically given up on the football prgram.

I really Liked CAL and LSU when I first started looking at the week 1 schedule back in Feb.....
As time went
on more and More Posters and People I talk to could not stop
Raving about the Revenge Factor for the Bears and How bad the Huskies are..'
While I think Both The Tigers and Bears Win,,,both have excellent shots of getting Backdoored or just being in a much tighter Game than the spread would indicate ... ...
I think the Cal Line should be around 17.5 while LSU should not be Laying more than 14...
Both CAL and LSU could easily Win in a Blowout as well...![]()
Just afraid to touch these games and if these Lines keep Rising in will be on the Dogs for a small Wager

Really Like Troy vs a BG team with a soft O-Line
The Trojans should dominate on Both Lines ... Pushing the Falcons around like Rag Dolls
