Utah Kansas Touchdown should have come back

When it was 7-3 KU, Utah runs this RPO from their 42.  The QB fakes the QB draw, and dumps over the top for 58 yard touchdown.  Similar to what they did for their final TD...  But look where the lineman (55) is, when the QB releases the ball, 55 is 4 yards down field, run blocking.  Really should have been offensive pass interference...

Freeze this play right when the QB releases the ball, and see for yourself.  When the offense is running an RPO, the officials should pay extra attention to the run blocking, they can't be downfield.

It’s not pass interference it’s illegal man downfield.. at least know the correct penalty

 It's illegal man down field, but if he goes down field and makes contact with a linebacker they can call OPI.
