WEST VIRGINIA MOUNTAINEERS -3 
 
this auburn team is just flat out a mess.  when you lose to arkansas its time to pack it in.  they have no clue whats going on when they are on offense.  they tried to put in the spread and then canned the coach after a few weeks when it didnt work.  they are a name at this point, thats about it.  this defense is not the shut down defense of old, arkansas ran for 188 yards on them last game and 416 total yards, devine and white should have good games.  todd and burns have some of the worst passing #'s you will find out there for quarterbacks.  at least white completes a high % and doesnt throw picks.  auburn has scored 16 points in its 2 road games this year.  auburn is 0-6 ats last 6 weeks .   w.v. 24  auburn 13

nice write up bad. i am a student at auburn, so this is tough for me. i did, however, say take arkey and maybe a small ML play...you are right about burns and todd. here is a curveball for you though: 3rd string freshman trotter my get some snaps this week. sounds like we may be packing it in for the season BUT, the trotter kid could suprise some people. you are also right ab the D not being the D of old, however, it could be the best WV has seen. it wont be enough though...

i can certainly understand auburn not covering that game track but you just cant lose su to arkansas to drop to 4-3, you know what i mean... auburns defense is def still a good one and probably will be the toughest one w.v faces, this auburn team just doesnt have "it"    its not the defenses fault they have to be perfect every game to win.  i actually hope the freshman doesnt play, at least i know what im getting with burns and todd

I agree with everything you have said about auburn. The same thing holds true for W.V. though as they are not as good as they have been for the last 2 years.

Auburn's top two running back, Ben Tate and Brad Leser, have been battling injuries the past couple of weeks.  They should be getting healthy after the bye week, but they are probably still not 100%.  To make matters worse Auburn just found out that its starting All-SEC linebacker, Trey Blackmon, is done for the year with an injury.  If White plays for WVU, I just don't see how Auburn will be able to keep up on offense.  The only chance Auburn has is if Kodi Burns runs wild, similar to what Pat White will do against this imposter of a once great Auburn defense.

agreed.  I foolishly went against you last night. Aub last 3 games have underperformed on Off and Def while WV has outperformed their last 3 games relative to the season.

good call.

  GL Bads!  I have no idea on this one, to be honest!  Both teams have great defenses, but offenses are sputtering at times.  One thing is the fact that Auburn has lost both of their road games by only 1 pt!  I might just hang with the under!  And this time I mean it!!

BOSS- Like the call.  Leaning heavy on West Virginia as well, but coming up a couple points short to make it a play when I researched the game.  However, New Mex/Air Force is a solid no play on my paper and not seeing any value in that line, so I may end up putting a small play on the Mountaineers to keep Thursday interesting.  I agree about the WV running attack against this Auburn defense.  Noel Devine is really turning into a monster of a tailback and he compliments Pat White nicely.  But even in a down year for Auburn, they will be a tough test for the WV against the run since the opponents WV has faced so far is not really in comparison to Auburn. Feel better to see you on this game though....GOOD LUCK BRO!

After thinking Auburn all the way in this after our poor offensive performances, I'm rolling with you badlands. I expect the eers to come out fired up, aggressive and lay it all on the line to play the big bad Auburn Tigers, who are simply not that good this year. Mountaineer field should be rocking, and I'll be there to do my part.
 
We need White to stay healthy, both the backup qb's are hurt.
