have to disagree with your theory here. I know books are different but take Pinnacle for example. Line started out -3 Louisville -112 and UConn +102. Thie line has dropped to -2.5 with everyone on Louisville the whole reverse line movement theory but the juice has gone up to -115 on Louisville and +105 on UConn.
Pinnacle is siding with the public on this and asking the "anti-pulbic" theory to take UConn.
IMO just by looking at this and no other handicapping Louisville is the play right now.
