They didn't get up for the first half against Minnesota, but they will get up against Penn St., and do to them what they did to Iowa, Nebraska, and even Michigan at the big house, where they only held them to 14 pts. With all that said, this line is just about right at -3, and I expect the badgers to pull out a close one.
This Wisconsin defense is very overrated. They haven't beaten one team that can play defense
