OSU as the best team ever might be the stupidiest comment I have ever heard.

When The Buckeyes lose, will you idiots come back and admit you are wrong?  Of course not, enjoy this thread, it's the closest you will get to a NC.

It's amazing seeing some of these comments. I'm a loyal Buckeye fan but realize our schedule this year is VERY weak. I've said it before and say it again, OSU keeps winning, so they continue to move up. It's not rocket science, it's always been that way. Even when OSU runs the table and wins the NC, you same posters will STILL come back saying how OSU is awful, weak, blah blah blah.

Admit we are wrong? How'a bout last week when everyone predicted PSU and their pitiful 'white-out' would beat the Buckeyes? OSU prevailed and still people say PSU wasn't good anyway, OSU still sucks, etc...

Just enjoy the damn games, christ.

OSU will win out, yes they will beat michigan, but I cant say what will happen in the NC. Who knows though with the way this season is going.

The Buckeyes are gonna whip Wisc extra good, they know that the whole SEC is whining about them being #1, so they'll make sure it's not close. Wisc is about on par with a S Car team, or Tenn, Kentucky, any bullshit SEC team like that. So we'll see how they match up with the OSU. I'm gonna bet the OSU if I can get -14, but I am all over the M/L with several parlays. I'm sure Wisc is gonna be a lot of folks favorite team SAT, for chumps from OK, LA, OR, etc.

I like Wisconsin + 15.5.   I do think OSU goes undefeated and gets Kansas in the BCS.  Godfather will never shut up then.

When the Buckeyes destroy Wisc, their Sagarin ratings will also go up. Yeah when they win the NC I am not gona shut up but none of these SEC whiners will have anything to say. OSU could play Hawaii or ASU or Kansas in the BCS.

I think OSU will go undefeated and more than likely win the title game, but make no mistake about it only 1 person in this thread has implied that would give them anything resembling "best team ever" credentials.

So using your logic, then Notre Dame would beat Oregon. Is OSU better than ND? That is how crazy this year has been and for idiots to say that LSU or ORG would roll OSU, they are crazy.

ahhh... i see the problem now...... you're an idiot!

where has the logic gone in this country?

the fact that Oregon went into Michigan and blew them out... but lost to Cal at home, who lost to Oregon St... etc etc with the Pac 10 teams beating each other up... is evidence of the overall strength of the Pac 10... Cal has since suffered a bunch of injuries on defense, and lost all of their games on late scores...

i mean... you talk about how ND would beat Oregon, right?  let's see... USC beat ND 38-0 in South Bend, and Oregon just beat USC by a TD...

so where was that in your analysis?

garbage post, dude!  seriously!  please keep that weak ass shit in Ohio...

SEC my ass, all you guys can come up with is LSU, and no teams have dominated in this conference, in fact all of the winning teams have been totally inconsistent, with teams like Vandy and Miss St handling some of these teams at times. So now a conference of a bunch of inconsistent teams that don't dominate is now a "strong" conference. Could it be that mediocrity has hit the SEC big time? And I think that all of us have watched enough football to know that the OSU would handle S Car, tenn, Bama, ARK, UGA, Kentucky, any of those bullshit teams, and they would handle them no matter where the game is at. Now LSU may give them a better game, but still they would be outmatched. I said that OSU might have the best all around team, as far as running the ball, passing, defense, and special teams, and I haven't heard anybody try to come up with a better all around team recently. And a team from 1918 doesn't mean shit, maybe they were palying against girls when they won 222-0, WTF?

And Pac 10 , other than ORG and ASU, have been inconsistent, and after this shakes out look for the Pac 10 ratings to drop. A strong conference needs 6-7 strong teams at the top, like Big 11 w/ OSU, PSU, MICH, WISC, Illinois, Purdue, Mich St. The SEC has several average teams that beat up on a bunch of punks in non conf, giving the illusion that they are a "winning" team but then they can win consistently in conference play.

LoL!!!  I like OSU to win it all this year.  I love tressel.  I think he is the best coach in the country.  He never seems to have a poorly prepared team.  (last year was just FLA being that dominant).

GFs only problem is his hatred for the SEC teams and the ridiculous notion that this OSU team will be the best team ever.

But other than that I like OSU's chances to win the MNC.

As a Florida Gator fan, and an SEC fan...

I PRAY to God that LSU makes it to the National Championship and blows out Ohio State. That would be an ugly game. I dont think Ohio State even makes there. Michigan beats them.

I'm sure someone has already said this...but yeah, Upsets do happen, like what happened with LSU and Florida, and other SEC teams losing to other SEC teams, but the National Championship last year was no upset, that was a shear BEATING. Proving that SEC Football is the Toughest and fastest football.

Are you fricking kidding me??? Because LSU, etc have one loss, they aren't national championship caliber? How many losses did Florida have last year? oh yeah, 1 and they still spanked the shit out of OSU!! Same thing will happen this year to any one loss team that plays OSU. You're a joke and a homer.

C'mon guys, the man is joking.   Just pretend like his posts are in sarcasm font. I mean who is dumb enough to compare the strenght of a conference based on games with teams of the same conference?

Huge Buckeye fan. Best team ever? No chance but this is by far the smartest team in the country and most focused. When you have the athletes like they do, that is a lethal combo.

Oh and don't giveme that shit on Fla last year just faster, sec, blah, blah, blah.. It was more of OSu not preparing, lazy, out of shape, Troy Smith gaining 20 lbs from the banquet ceremonies, etc. Ohio St recruits pick Ohio St over schools like Florida, Michigan and USC. Don't give me they weren't fast enough.

You want to race Holiday from LSU? I take my chances with Brandon Saine. Saine has world class speed 10.05 100. Hartline was as fast as ginn in the 110 hurdles, Ray Small is blazing fast as he ran on Glenville's state champ 4x4 team. They have 4 guys in scoutsinc. and Todd Mcshay draft eligible top 32 right now. Most of any team. Don't tell me this team don't have talent.

Yes the schedule has helped but when you have a first round tackle, lb, cb and DE you have talent. So what they lost a soft ginn and a 5th round QB who went to the bowl game out of shape?
