They are not terrible, but this is over the top a bit.
 
But without people that over -react to the greatness, or percieved greatness of their favorite teams, and drive the point spreads up and up on their oppenents, I would win a lot less.

Trojans lose a ton this year, more than usual even and basically the entire defense. It will be tough for them to go into the Shoe and win so early in the season.

New defense, new OC, new DC, new QB, etc. etc. etc.

The loss of the coordinators won't matter. We were more than happy to lose them both. That won't be a factor.
 
But the defense will struggle big time. And if Sanchez leaves, oh boy. I might be in for a 4 loss season. 2010 is the year USC shoots for.
 
I'm not ashamed to say Ohio State wins the rematch. I sort of expect it.

Some hotshot with a big sportsbook says that USC is the team to beat next year, no matter who returns, but maybe he didn't check out the schedule, USC has to go to the Horshoe, and they're nnot gonna win that game, and then they have road games at Oregon and Cal, and at Arizona st and Notre Dame, any of those games could be tough for USC given their occasional struggles on the road.

As for the Buckeyes, if they can win at Penn state, they could go unbeaten again next year. i don't know who PSU is losing but they usually don't have 2 strong years in a row....

Notre Dame is going to be better next year, count on it. They won't be the pushovers thay they've been the last few years. At home I stated that it may be a tough game, and that is 10 months out too. For USC, most road games are tough for them......

I don't give a shit about Notre Dame. I just said they will be better next year, as they have sucked donkeys dick the last few year, although they were not as bad in 2008. It won't be too hard for them to be better next year, and they'll probably be a team that teams aren't as eager to play.

I would like to know who the idiot is that thinks the USC is the team to beat this year.  I am a USC grad, and I can see 4 losses this year.  Just who is this alleged "hotshot with a big sportsbook"?

current "favorites" are :
fla +200 or so
ou +400 or so
usc +650-800 <greek
texas +800
ohio st +1000

* trojan fans watch out before consider  n. dame game...  a gimme
usc in....cal > ariz / oreg st ! sandwich........irish off bye.... with only wash and purdue before....circle away game with ducks following that oreg st game as possible "play against"....

Couldn't agree more bookie.  If you want to find a game SC probably loses next year, look no further than @Oregon.   The Ohio State game will be really tough... BUT, it's been a long time since SC lost out of conference, other than the VY game.
 
Notre Dame?  It's gonna take more than a bowl win over the Rainbows to convince me!
