This thread was started on the premise that OSU is the best team ever.
 
Not that the SEC is better than the big 10+1.

    Although, not undefeated the 1980 Panthers were the best team of All-Time.  If it were not for the messed up Bowl system that year they would have waxed Georgia in the Sugar Bowl, but an unworthy Notre Dame got that spot.  12 players were drafted with something liek 9 in teh first 3 rounds.

    Again, guys I said that The OSU MAY be one of the best ever , IF they continue to dominate teams and win the NC. And I mean a great all around team. I DID not say that right now the OSU is the best ever as they have unfinished business. And anyway when you have like 50 years of modern college football, there are several dynasties that are worth mentioning, whereas in the NFL 50 years ago there were way fewer teams than there are now. So calm down guys.

    I agree, why does everyone think they have to bash a conference to prove their point.  The Pac 10 is better than either the SEC or the Big 10 IMO, and the bowl games will prove this.  People touting final scores from games in September doesn't mean shit either.  I have said many times I do not feel Ohio State to be the best team, but they sure as fuck are number one.  If no one beats them, then they will get their shot, and should.  If teams like Oklahoma, LSU, and Oregon would show up to play every week, then we wouldn't be having this discussion.  You can have one great team even in really shitty conferences, and bowl games usually seperate the men from the boys.

    now we have some broke chump Pete that has probably lost his Mother's house on LSU this year, saying that OSU hasn't beaten ANYBODY this year, well they have beaten 2 teams that were in the Top 10 season, PSU and Wisc, and Wisc was a top 5 team too, and they whipped they teams handily. I don;t know how many teams have beaten 2 or more top 10 teams, maybe Oregon, but look at LSU, lost to Kentucky, and then had a lot of trouble beating Flor and AUB, AT HOME nevertheless, Pete you just love to suck LSU balls.

    Not only is the SEC undefeated against OSU in Bowl Games,but they beat them by an average of 14.125 points per contest!
     
     The Sec is 1 point away from DOUBLING the Buckeyes point production as they have outscored OSU 227-114!
    Luckily for OSU most of these games have ended with the SEC team taking a knee instead of adding another score.
     
     Actually,OSU should just avoid teams from the South alltogether,because they are 0-10 against the SEC/ACC,as they have also lost to Florida State 31-14 in the 98 Sugar,and 17-15 to Clemson in the 79 Gator. 
     
     So instead of drawing attention to OSU's glaring inability to beat any SEC or ACC team in a Bowl Game,maybe you should just STFU !  
     
    You better hope that LSU loses one of their final 4 games. Or it's gonna' be another southern ass-kicking for the Buckeyes.
