Ok.....obviously i'm not playing all of these....but here are the ones that stick out to me. Least Fav plays would probably be the Purdue and USC TT and Pitt/IDA ML. Fav plays NC St and Utah TT.

Purdue under 28.5 pts.- Seems like a lot for a team that hasn't scored 4 TD's against ND, NW, and two MAC schools.
NC St over 38.5- Yes
South Car over 30- KY has given up 48 to FLA, 42 Ole Miss, and 37 to Auburn in the last 3 weeks. USC should run through them.
USC under 28- Cal got lit up against Nevada.....but they have held Col, Ariz, and UCLA to 24 pts...an avg 8ppg. Granted those aren't great offenses but still they are BCS conf. schools. I haven't really seen CAl play much though.
Boston College under 14- against real competition they are avg 10 ppg in 3 games. FSU hasn't allowed anyone besides Mia and Okla to go over this.
Michigan under 25.5- Iowa had a bad game against Ariz. but they gave up a INT TD and KR TD. Michigan should struggle to get the run going and Iowa should eat the clock.
Utah over 36- Utah has #3 scoring off and has a pretty good D. Wyoming will struggle to score.
Hawaii over 34- Hawaii should have no problems moving the ball on Nevada. If they can do 36 on USC at home, they should be able to get this.
