Hmmm…California has eclipsed this total all 3 games so far and are the number 2 offense in the nation, Oregon has eclipsed 54 the last two games and look to be back after the Boise St debacle.  Oregon is ranked 73^rd offensively and 82^nd defensively while California is ranked 11^th offensively and 24^th defensively.  I am going to wait to see what this number does as it’s being forced down early. 

I disagree with the market moving the line towards the under.  Both teams are moving the ball with ease.

Notre Dame @ Purdue

The market seems to be very bullish on Notre Dame’s offense and their defense.  Granted the Irish and Claussen are producing at an alarming rate.  James is 2^nd in the nation and should be considered for top QB at this point.  However, the loss of Michael Floyd will cause the offense to slumber a little bit.  The replacement has caught less than 5 passes on the season.  The defense should get better as the season progresses. ” After Floyd went down last year, the offense didn’t move the ball nearly as well culminating in the embarrassing offensive performance against USC. I would hope Weis learned from this and will do what he can to create favorable matchups for Golden.”  I’m not sure that this game is the game but I’ll definitely be against the over as most teams will key in on Tate unless Evans can produce.
