That is true, it would have been hard to overturn the call if it had been called a TE catch in the first place. In the end, I think the right call was made though. I may be a little biased though haha

like to add Washington to that list as I had them +16.5 and they lose by

kept screwing it up!! Welcome to gambling men. I think at times coaches
try to cover the spread. Think I m crazy? I felt bad the other night
when watching the USC Colorado game when watching lane kiffen go for it
on his own 15 at the end of that game. There is no reason other than
trying to cover the spread there than to try to go for it. No reason.
7. I hope all you guys got on the Baylor -1 or anything under 3. They
way that game ended was brutal for people who had Baylor -3. Wow is
about the only thing I can say right there. Baylor is so bad defensively
that i don't think time will fix there problems. Kick all the guys on
the defense off the team and hold open tryouts in Waco. I m serious, you
cant do any worse. Man if this team had a decent defense they would
easily be a top 10 team. But like they say, if... if and buts were candy
and nuts, we would all have a merry Christmas.
8. How bad a world we live in when UCLA controls its own destiny? I
mean really...LOL. I hope they get in. The worst thing that can happen
for UCLA is to get in. Why? Because there fans will have to endure more
years of Neuheisl. If im a UCLA fan I'm praying we lose out or best,
just not make it to that Championship game. I think there are many
candidates that would love to go to sunny California and resurrect that
football program.

me. Period. I have promoted this program for years now and they have
never let me down. But there is something not right about this team.

love college football and I like to help people. If you guys want me to
leave and not post my thoughts I can do that cause it looks to me that

Boom I agree that the Mods are doing a terrible job in some aspects. I think banning people should come much quicker than it does. Don't only ban them, ban the IP address too. It is pretty clear when someone is creating a duplicate account just to bash someone or cause trouble.

In 2001, Nebraska lost their last regular season game by 26 points as a 9 point favorite and made the national championship game.
In 2007, LSU lost two conference games as 9 and 13 point favorites and made the national championship game.
In 2008, Florida lost at home as 23 point favorite and made the national championship game.
This really has very little to do with Oklahoma. It's all about saying the highest rated one loss team (at the time of the original post) is "done" with a month left in the regular season.
And one other thing......if saying "Fuck Oklahoma" and replacing Florida with OU as your Sunday morning whipping boy makes you "a neutral observer", what does a Clemson man such as yourself say about the teams you hate? No hard feelings, and good luck.

Can't argue with your success this season, but I disagree with your interpretation of the Reid interception, disagree that USC sucks because Clemson would struggle without Boyd and Ellington and while I don't want a rematch those are clearly the two best teams in the 2011 edition of college football.

I am ok that the call went the way that it did cause it was a bang bang play... What sticks out in my mind is that the receiver should have wanted the ball more and not let it go...
