1st one I can see not overturning, but the 2nd one seemed pretty clear to me. Why in the NFL they will pause, rewind and zoom in to confirm or overturn a call but in college no...

Did you see that late hit out of bounds early on the Utah player and they talked and decided it was a no call.....he was 3 yards out of bounds.......

I argued with the Boise hugging window lickers all season saying that Boise is not a top 10 team.  They would get annhilated by any decent BSC school.  VT would beat them 4 TDs if they played again.
