This thread will run as a single thread in three parts. Arizona -1.5 (3U): Two bad teams heading south in their programs from previous years...OSU is 6-2 last 8 in this series but i don't see it happening this year... Oregon already had a depleted OL and now lost two more starters leaving them on the OL with exp. Not good for a true Fresh QB Mannion taking the helm from Katz..OSU cant get the running game going with no OL and two scat backs who are midgets under 185 lbs..Puts allot of pressure on a QB hence 2 tds and 5 int...looking at the two Arizona (injuries not a factor since most on the injury report are back ups) comes in with a brutal schedule behind them playing Oklahoma St., Stanford, USC and Oregon going 1-4..most teams would and most teams would give 500 yards a game against those O's...so when u compare OSU giving up 372 to far less talented teams (except Wisconsin) the D's actually match up...OSU comes in 0-4 losing to Sacramento St. (r u kidding me) Arizona St., UCLA and Wisconsin getting shelled in all of them...Foles for Arizona is still having a great year and has all key players at WR,RB and TE...Foles has 73% completion rate 14 td's and 2 int against great teams (USC is OK) with this being said their OL is in shambles and three freshman and only 1 OL above 300 lbs....Bottom line will the be the passing attack with Foles going crazy here...Too much for a shattered D and a bad Oregan St. D/O/Special Teams/Fans/Cheerleaders and whomever else you can throw in that bunch...Foles passes for 350 yards and 4 tds...Arizona 35 Oregan St. 21

I don't post a whole lot but follow your threads each week, I find them interesting and you are typically thinking the same thing I am. Although I must thank you for WMU they were under my radar for sure.

WMU -9.5 (2u): Riding this bandwagon till the wheels fall off..9.5 is a lot of wood to give up in a conference game....But...Carder and White still the best tandem in the Midwest..Carder 70% completion ratio 1466 yards with 12 tds and 4 picks while tossing 6 td's to White. Their OL is bigger (312 avg) vs. a small 4-3 D front (260) should give Carder all day to pass the ball around. LY spread was -6 on the road and WMU spanked BG 41-7. Looking at WMU they are 3-2 but have played some tough teams in Michigan, UConn (ok) and should have beat Illinois str8 up. The broncos have size on t=both sides of the ball and should control the line of scrimmage and get to a decent QB in Schliz, but even more importantly not letting BG get the run game with a midget RB in Samuel at 5'10 183lbs.. established early to keep WMU O off the field. BG does have some fire power but comes in gimpy with #2 and #4 WR's Cooper and Dunlap out and are playing without CB Morgan (more of a nickel back) with a concussion and LCB Truss is dealing with ankle problems while he most probably will play wont be 100% on a bad ankle.Go Broncos Go...WMU 42 BG 17

Wyoming +12 (2U): I'm still waiting to make the book here as the line keeps creeping up here slowly but surely from +10 to +12...i'd love to have it at +12 but wont turn down free points...Wyoming is a good team with little respect even as they didn't let Nebraska steam roll them...They come in with an experienced and beefy OL (310 lbs) and a very good RB in Alexander who can hit a gap and be gone...The QB smith is a freshman so mistake will be made and i dont think he has his #1 WR although Heron seems to be stepping up...Wyoming D is not bad but not great either but they do have good sized CB's to take away cheap jump balls and gimmes will also tackling and contain the edges against a heavy rushing attack of the Aggies. Ahh....the Aggies..i like QB Keeton (Fresh) he has shown poise in the pocket and great mobility but Utah St. keeps finding a way to loose...I expect the Aggies to open up the playbook a little and let Keeton try more pleays and this will be the growing pains of a freshman...Keeton will throw 2 picks in this game..Wyoming has enough size and speed in the trenches to get some pressure to Keeton and force some bad throws...I think keeton has allot of upside but not today...Wyoming has size and wins the battle on the OL and DL fronts... Stanford -29.5 (1U): Stanford comes in steamrolling all the less talented teams and basically Colorado is in the same boat as the rest of them...Colorado comes in giving up 394 yards and 30 pts a game...but now with suspensions that went down they don't have a secondary left.. Already lost most exp CB in bell this year now RCB, SS, SILB are out due to suspensions...Freshman coming in to play...This will give Luck just what he needs to make his Heisman case. Stanford has size in the trenches on both sides of the ball OL (315 vs. 255) and DL (299 vs. 290) so they should be able to move the ball effectively here. On the flip side Hawkins is a Sr QB and has shown he can move the ball and score some points, but he comes in with 1/2 of his OL and some huge ? marks with a consistent WR. Stanford/Luck wants to make a case for the Hiesman...Stanford 49 Colorado 10

Wyoming +12 (2U): I'm still waiting to make the book here as the line keeps creeping up here slowly but surely from +10 to +12...i'd love to have it at +12 but wont turn down free points...Wyoming is a good team with little respect even as they didn't let Nebraska steam roll them...They come in with an experienced and beefy OL (310 lbs) and a very good RB in Alexander who can hit a gap and be gone...The QB smith is a freshman so mistake will be made and i dont think he has his #1 WR although Heron seems to be stepping up...Wyoming D is not bad but not great either but they do have good sized CB's to take away cheap jump balls and gimmes will also tackling and contain the edges against a heavy rushing attack of the Aggies. Ahh....the Aggies..i like QB Keeton (Fresh) he has shown poise in the pocket and great mobility but Utah St. keeps finding a way to loose...I expect the Aggies to open up the playbook a little and let Keeton try more pleays and this will be the growing pains of a freshman...Keeton will throw 2 picks in this game..Wyoming has enough size and speed in the trenches to get some pressure to Keeton and force some bad throws...I think keeton has allot of upside but not today...Wyoming has size and wins the battle on the OL and DL fronts... Watch out for Wagner (ILB) he will be all over the field and possibly in the NFL nest year he is a tackling beast....Utah St. finds a way to win a game...Aggies 34 Wyoming 28
Stanford -29.5 (1U): Stanford comes in steamrolling all the less talented teams and basically Colorado is in the same boat as the rest of them...Colorado comes in giving up 394 yards and 30 pts a game...but now with suspensions that went down they don't have a secondary left.. Already lost most exp CB in bell this year now RCB, SS, SILB are out due to suspensions...Freshman coming in to play...This will give Luck just what he needs to make his Heisman case. Stanford has size in the trenches on both sides of the ball OL (315 vs. 255) and DL (299 vs. 290) so they should be able to move the ball effectively here. On the flip side Hawkins is a Sr QB and has shown he can move the ball and score some points, but he comes in with 1/2 of his OL and some huge ? marks with a consistent WR. Stanford/Luck wants to make a case for the Hiesman...Stanford 49 Colorado 10
