I have 2k @ risk on a 3 team parlay with the Giants ML, Under 48, and USC -21/2...Giants and under 48 hit..this is to win $9680

I have $3833 in my account now....how would you hedge? 2k on NEBRASKA + 21/2 for guaranteed money?

I personally would go 3k on Nebraska if you can. That way you are guaranteed to make a profit.

I would definately put up 2k to 3k on the other side to at least get your bet back if you lose, you might be a little pissed WHEN you win but at least you cant lose.  Maybe even by a half point to 3, so if usc wins by 3 you will win parlay and push on bet.  Im taking Nebraska though but only for 500.  GOOD LUCK though.  I will probably lose thought i think ive won 3 bowl games.

why would u put the third team in the parlay knowing you would hedge? Makes no sense at all. Even if you liked usc, you could have done a 2-team parlay with giants and under then rolled it over to usc and made more money. So you voluntarily reduced your payout with the same amount of risk. Why do people continue to do this

If you really wanna hedge, the ONLY play you should make is betting 2250 on Neb +3.5 (currently -128), or wait til the morning and hope you can get 4 and buy to 4.5. This gives you a chance to win both bets, therefore you have the slimmest of middle opportunities, which is always better than a hedge. This eliminates losing from the equation completely.

if you hedge try and middle by taking the other team on a ml that way you possibly could not lose both bets with a small middle is you simply take the other team with the pread you automaticly lose on one side

if he takes nebraska ML and they lose by only 2,  he loses both bets.  the spread is now nebraska &#x2B;3 he has USC -2.5  id rather him buy the half point pay the little extra juice and get nebraska &#x2B;3.5.  that way he still has a chance to hit both bets (USC 31 nebraska 28).  if one wins the other loses, he will still make a profit.  at least this way he has a chance to win both

at hedging a 3-team parlay. You might as well burn money or write a check to your bookie. The proportion of your risk/return stake that you will be paying in juice will be proposterous.

for real... you are betting 2 gs on a 3 teamer with only that much in your account... not smart..... so why try to guarantee a profit when the worst way to guarantee a profit is by parlaying..... shit even when people beat the books they still try to fuck it up by hedging.... SC wins by 10+ let it ride.... DO NOT bet 3 teamers and if you do.. DO NOT hedge on 3
