I just finished addressing this...this site has become a joke. Everyday with troll threads and homer responses. I couldn't believe he said those were good wins..excuse me Quality wins. They were BYE weeks if you ask me. It is safe to say SEC fans are the most delusional fans in all of SPORTS
Don't confuse SEC for Bama fans, they are incomparable.

Ok St is a fun team to watch. I think they have the best offense in college football. I would have enjoyed seeing them match up against LSU or the Tide. Personally, this year as much as any makes me long for a college playoff. That would make for a fun few weeks of football

do you know what is going to happen if bama plays lsu and gets lucky and wins that game. I was there when LSU got lucky and beat OU their FANS ARE ATROCIOUS. Imagine 100,000 Tappys walking around it's that bad. There will be so much fighting it won't be funny. Every Tappy will be saying BCS champion while LSU fans will say split Champion and we will get the AP title. It's why Bama should never be able to play that game. At least if you put LSU up against a team that they have not played and win it will be totally legit if not its all BS. The AP poll means nothing now. I dont even know why they have it. It factors into nothing except writers egos. I am telling you I will be laughing my ass off if Bama does play and gets some lucky plays to somehow pull the game out. LSU will burn that place to the ground mark it down. MASS RIOTS. I am calling it.
what are you smoking? lsu dismantled oklahoma in that game it wasnt lucky... Total yards: OK154 LSU 312. There's only so long you can push the luck card That game wasnt even close

WHOOAA! Did you just say this? Im seriously not coming back to this site until the bowl season is over. this place is filled with homers and trolls....none of which watch football or even gamble ON THE GAMES..
Thats 4 teams that have LOSING records in the SEC but more importantly...NONE of the 4 teams have winning records... but those are quality wins? Come on buddy!
Finally Tappy actually tried to come up with something to justify Bama and absolultely without a doubt crippled his case. The Big XII from 1-10 has the hardest SOS and they still have good records. Baylor is 8-3 the same team that beat TCU. Texas in a down year is 7-4. OU with 2 losses; OSU with 1 loss. ISU is 6-5 and had the 3rd hardest SOS. Go back and look at all of those SEC teams and their SOS is putrid so they not only stink but have been beat by terrible teams on top of it. Like I Said Bama has only one count it one thing to talk about and its they got their ass handed to them AT HOME with no injuries off a bye and couldn't put up 7 pts. LSU is having to play a Georgia team with 10 straight wins; OSU has to play a 2 loss OU team; Vtech has to play but Bama sits home after playing their last game against Geo Southern give me a freakin break. I know its impossible to talk to homers because they will always come up with some impossible logic; hopefully the BCS will ACTUALLY WORK OUT so we dont have to see LSU beat up on Bama AGAIN.

Iowa st has an SOS of 3, but they got destroyed by all the teams they played, and are 6-5... Vandy has an SOS of 32, and is 6-6... They both played Uconn and beat them about the same. Can you really say that Iowa st is better than Vandy, or Vandy is better than Iowa st? Youou could say that Iowa st is the Vandy of their conference, but you are stating that this is one of the teams that has such a great SOS ranking, and using them in an argument for Oklahoma st. This just shows me how pointless it is to use SOS in an argument, because if you just lose to all the teams that you play, it doesn't matter how high ur SOS is, and if you suck you just suck.
FYI Bama beat Vandy 34-0.... If Ok st was a legit team that should be considered in all this, they would have done the same to Iowa st, but they didn't.

Yes the strength of your schedule means nothing. That just goes to show how stupid you really are. Houston should play if SOS means nothing. SOS means you play difficult teams every single week. Who cares if Bama beat Vandy. You post ridiculous things that mean nothing. Bama has only beaten 2 teams in the top 30 while OSU IF they beat OU would have beaten 7. You can talk all you want about this or that but I look at the entire schedule. You obvously think losing at home means nothing. Bama has lost more games at home in the last 2 seasons than OU has in the last 12 years. I think home field is huge and if you lose you should never get to play a NC shot especially when you already lost to the team playing in the NC game. LSU is better on every side of the ball and is going to beat Bama. If Bama couild not beat LSU at home they have NO HOPE in the Superdome. The 2nd half of that game LSU dominated BAMA and I don't see anything changing. That's why you don't have rematches. I hope you go down so you can see Bama get beat twice except this time it will be much more one sided.

If you read what I just posted, and go against that then you are the fuck tard here... That is just one case where SOS is clearly unimportant. I highly ranked SOS team that sucks gets credit simply because they "play good teams"... What a fucking joke. I will take Bama's SOS ranking of 23 over Ok st's any day, simply because of what I pointed out. Furthermore, Bama has an SEC schedule, which trumps Ok st's for just that reason.

All I am trying to say is, IF Bama lost to Vandy who is comparable to Iowa st in this situation, do you think they would even be getting mentioned in this conversation?

Ether that burns the soul!!! I mean how many times will I see Bama lose at home in consecutive years...its ridiculous to say the least...Championship teams DO NOT LOSE at HOME regardless of foe or circumstance.

Actually, they do... You are just pointing this out against Alabama, because you hate Alabama. It's common around here, and it's simply called jealousy...
In 2001, the year after Oklahoma won the National Title, they lost to Ok state at home...
In 2003 the year LSU won the National Title, their only loss that season was to Florida at home...
In 2006 the year after Texas won, they lost to Ohio st at home...
The 2007 Florida gators lost a second year in a row to Auburn the year after their National Title, at home...
The 2007 LSU Tigers National Championship team lost at home that very season to Arkansas, and in 2008 they lost to Georgia, Alabama, and Ole miss at home...
The 2008 Florida Gators National Championship team lost that season at home to Ole Miss...
The 2010 Alabama Crimson Tide lost to Auburn at home the year after their title...
And finally, the Auburn Tigers just lost to the Alabama Crimson Tide, AT HOME the year after their title...
So there... Guess you are maybe just a bit biased?
