Really? Their entire body of work is better than Bama? They almost lost to Texas AM, who got beat by Arkansas, who we destroyed. Louisiana Laf, Tulsa, and Iowa state scored 30+ points on their defense. Not to mention all the other teams that have easily just walked down the field on them. They have NO defense, and can't compete with teams like Bama and LSU, who would BLANK those teams that put 30+ on them.

Just because the teams that Alabama has played have low ranked offenses doesn't mean they aren't capable. These are physical offensive teams, and they go up against SEC defenses, so of course they don't get the recognition that the other conferences "high powered" offenses get. Why do you think that is? It's as easy as this. Florida was widely regarded as the #1 team in the nation in the final rankings before the bowl games. Florida received 50 of 65 1st place votes in the AP poll and 26 of 61 1st place votes in the coaches poll.
For some reason, none of the sites that I have looked at show a breakdown of the AP and coaches poll's voting for this week but I would be willing to bet that Okie St.'s 1st place votes are nowhere close to this.
