Sure; they take RISKS to make their millions or their paydays. Some take RISKS not knowing they are involved in the FIX. I never said EVERYONE involved KNOWS it is fixed. SOME DO!

boxing? your kidding right? oh gosh. boxing is the most fixed sport (or wwf wwe) I've ever seen. You really need to get your head checked dude. Not trying to be mean here but you do. Boxing is a shame. I'd rather watch WWE knowing it's fake. LOL!

soccer outside the us has a lot of fixing. boxing too, sure. but ncaa fb...nah. i get a great laugh every time these forums explode with fixed?threads after every primetime nfl or college game with people salty they lost their 20 bucks lol. comedy.

question though...can someone tell me who has fixed all these bowl games and convinced the sheep theyre legit...do the players all have secret intra team meetings beforehand...do the refs have secret meetings with vegas...do the chancellors of the schools play a round of golf to decide whether they should tell their coaches to have the game go over or under...do mobsters find the qbs of teams and convince them to throw ints so the game stays under...does billy walters intentionally lose sometimes to convince everyone else that all these games arent fixed...someone with insight please tell me, i want in.

look; refs can get big paydays from f'ing up games. I saw all kinds of non-calls on obvious offensive line holding, and ALL bowl season i've seen them calling PI on the defender when most of the time its the receiver purposely running into and making the contact with the defender. The refs make their big money during bowl season. LOL. Watch how f'ed up that gets.

theres no doubt that point shaving happens on some level in college hoops and college football...no doubt. but to say it goes on on the regular...someone please prove it to me. i used to work for a midmajor college basketball program...never even got a sniff that anything was being rigged, either by our program or those of our opponents. and i was in close with both the players and the coaches.

I got mad respect for doubleup, heck I even at times pick games and come on here to see what he has to compare.  With that being said, with as long as you've been betting, you have to believe fixes happen. Not as much as everyone says but yes they happen.  I didn't have money on that game last night and I will say that muffed punt looked suspicious.  Muffs happen but if you go look closely at when he tried to field the ball the second time, it looks like he is patting the ball towards the other team.  You can't be naive and think they don't happen when at least one team in some sport is in the news every year about possibly throwing games.

why would any athlete who wanted to shave points  choose a nationally televised bowl game to do so...when there is gonna be by far the most scrutiny...if anything you influence the spread a random game like the guys from ucsd basketball did.

You acknowledge the fact that it happens.  You go so far as to say " no doubt it happens" 

You know it happens.... But you can't tell me one game that it actually has.  You're merely speculating.  The reason why you're speculating is because it has never been proven.... Meaning it is extremely easy to get away with.  Think about it, you yourself are saying u know it happens, yet you have no proof.  Why would it be such an isolated incident when it's so easy to do it?

It happens alllllllllllllll the time.
