Like I always say, gambling is only a problem if you lose.
Yes, my success is tied to a single game this week. Obviously if I had doubts about the outcome of that game I wouldn't have bet it that way. I think since I've been doing "Max Bet" plays (probably around 8 years now) I've only lost 1. But let's say for argument's sake say I only hit 2 out of 3 my "Max Bet" games. Do the math. I would still likely be way ahead assuming I hit about 50% of my other games. Of course past results don't guarantee future success, but I seriously doubt I will only hit 2 out of 3 of my "Max Bet" plays.
Obviously this is a high risk high reward strategy that is not for everyone.

I understand the sending a msg viewpoint and I thought the same thing,but if he is doing that they BETTER BE SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER..,U are talking about some kids that have made A LOT of plays..I dont agree with a lot of things Ive seen on both sides of the ball...but Auburn gets my full support..just not put my money on them except for total and 2nd half.I wouldve called Borges a great coordinator 10 yrs ago..now?MY GRADE C+ for Borges..U look at his offenses at Auburn..production ranked i 100 s his last yr on the flip side Tuberville firing him aft they just won the Iron Bowl for 4th time under Borges watch was absolutely Tubs get out of town pass.

I noticed that the line dropped to 28.5 yesterday at BM.
I really like Florida this season as evidenced by my futures bet that the Gators win the SEC East this season. I really like both of their QBs and I also think Brent Pease will give that offense a much needed shot in the arm. If I bet this game, and I gave it some very serious consideration, I would take Florida. But ultimately I'm not real comfortable laying over 4 TDs with an unproven offense that is going to rotate 2 QBs in week 1. That said, I don't think Florida is a bad play.

I think people get a little too hung up on a player being a starter. I know that Saban plays backups more than some of the starters sometimes depending on the match-up. Now if those guys didn't play at all in week 1, then I would be concerned. My guess is those guys will play a bunch, and if they have the right attitudes, they'll be starters by week 4.

I guess it depends on what you call a blow out, because I certainly consider it a blow out. Nevertheless, you may recall that until Penn State scored a meaningless touchdown and two point conversion against the 3rd string defense in the waning seconds of the 4th quarter, I had predicted the exact final score in that game . . . 27-3. The game played out exactly as I said it would in my pregame writeup.

Yes, their defense is elite. They'll keep the Horns in every game. Now if you can just get the defense to play QB they'd run away with the BIG 12.
