Honestly I'm not sure which way to point you in tomorrow's chikin bowl. From what I've been hearing and reading it sounds like the defensive players are loving it that Chizik is the coordinator for this game and has been coaching the LB's in practice. I keep hearing about the intensity, and key words like that which were missing under Roof's watch.
And yes Frazier is apparently splitting equal reps with Moseley in practice so the expectation is he'll get some quality time tomorrow. Not just a play here or there, but actually an entire series or possession. I wouldn't be the least bit shocked to see him have a little bit of a coming out party.
Team seems loose and in the right frame of mind, excited to be playing, etc. Gus's last game so he should be loose, plus I'm hearing Chizik is going to let him run hurry up all game if he so chooses. Supposedly they have added some new wrinkles on offense so I'm kind of expecting Gus to go out on a high note and let it rip.
No Dyer hurts, but perhaps it's an opportunity for Mason to make a name for himself. Who knows, maybe it's a good thing Dyer is on the shelf as he may have been causing issues in the locker room.
Personally I have a really good feeling about the game and think we could really get after it on both sides of the ball, but don't know whether to tell you that is homerism or being objective.

Get em back tomorrow Jimmy-
I only played the Sooners and feel lucky for the win- A buddy of mine who watched the game(i couldn't watch- i am in Nashville for New Year's Eve parties) sent me a text and told me to put a grand on Iowa for the 2nd half since the Sooners looked horrible in the first half. He always has a great feel for games when he watches them so i did what he said and ended up hitting both!! Very lucky but i will take it! Thought i would save a shitty Sooner bet and both hit!!
Leaning Virginia and Vandy tomorrow but still trying to cap them-

Oklahoma scored a TD on the last play they could have possibly scored on. They had a 4th and 1 around the Iowa 20-yard line and called a timeout. I posted in the in-game thread that Oklahoma backers needed a miracle TD on the next play, and sure enough, Iowa's defense parted like the Red Sea.
Even though Oklahoma backers got very lucky to cover in the manner they did, if they wouldn't have covered it would have been a serious moose given how the Sooner had pretty much dominated the entire game. The right side got the money in that game.
So glad to hear you hit both ends. That's awesome!!!

I'm right there with ya. Cock's defense SHOULD be stiff as hell. NU is no offensive juggernaut...quite the opposite. Taylor Martinez is a huge liability vs really good defenses...he works well when things are rolling for them. But I really don't see the Huskers getting into any kind of groove vs South Carolina, and Martinez could be quite the gift giver.
If I can find the time, I'd like to read some press on the Cocks and try to get a feel for how practices have gone.
