This game, that has gotten out of control just opens up a great betting opportunity if you ask me: CLE -7 and over 38 2nd half.

Yes.  What do you like here?  I know you said earlier that you were going to make a small homer play on K-State.  Was just wondering if your thoughts have changed.  Mine really haven't.

First of all, I have tremendous respect for Bill Snyder, and would really hate to bet against him.  But by the same token I really don't see K-State lighting up the scoreboard here.  I have already locked in UNDER 32.5 for the 1st half @ -110, and am leaning toward laying the lumber with Arky.  I still want to look at a few things before I pull the trigger though.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the game.

I like arky also...I have had NO Luck with totals...been playing mostly unders and games have gone over...I see a 48-28 win by Arkansas tonite or 38-21 ark...ark covers...
i was 17-5 ATS  in Bowls ...but lost last 5...and now 17-10 ...need to finish strong...will be rooting hard for your plays Jimmy..Good Luck...

  i guess i am undecided if k st is really that strong of a team, to run with the hogs, my team is from the big 12 and leaving to the sec, and my team should of beat both teams this year blowing a huge half time lead against the hogs, so i am looking for help hear also, the line seems high for this game to me, don't want to bit the hook and sink.

Turtle...I feel the same way...need to get a nice win tonite and finish the Bowl season strong...Good Luck...I was 17-5 ATS in Bowls   and fell to 17-10...Hogs run wild in Dallas in Jerry world...

Jimmy- Happy New Year. 

I'm a Big 12 guy as you know, but don't trust K-State here.  These kids have never played in this big of a game, which Arky does every week.  While I respect Snyder---he has had some great spots for his team that have accentuated his record this year.  In his game against the Horns- one of the faster Ds on the schedule, he should never have won that game, but we were without half our offensive weapons.  Against OU--I had POY on the Sooners laying around 2 TDs in Manhattan and Jones had a field day once they got over the road hangover.  KSU caught TAMU at a great time as well and barely won that at home.  Their best win is probably Baylor at home.

Not that Arky D is close to Horns D, but I think the talent differential really shows up---I also think the way Arky ended its season helps them in this game (getting annihilated by LSU.)

I'm on the under with you instead, but won't be surprised to see a 14 point win with ease if not more.

Thanks for your input kroch.  I agree with everything you said.  The one concern about Arky is that they've been very shaky away from home this season.

As I said above, By basis for the UNDER play is that I just don't think K-State can score a lot of points tonight.  I don't think they'll get north of 20.  Conversely, K-State's defense has really struggled against good offensive teams.  I see the same fate tonight.

I think we see a final score of something like 38-20 Arky.
