Rough weekend,  I shared some bets with shep and faded others and I still had a rough weekend.  I made a rare brash choice and chased money late and managed to wipeout my 2x earnings on Alabama by betting 2H on Alabama.  Ugggh.

I love your effort and research Shepard.   Take the people with posts like the one above for what they are:  At best, very weak efforts at trolling and at worst, angry, clearly unintelligent, misinformed and plain hypocritical.  No need to even give it any further thought.

Damn people. This is college football...of course this shit is unpredictable, thats why we all love to watch it. In the end, Shep will be profitable. Hell, his last 3 weeks probably more than covered this crazy weekend.

I'm glad all the jackasses on this thread lost their money

these are my weekly unit profits for just CFB this year:
 
Week 1: +8.0 Units
Week 2: +7.8 Units
Week 3: +0.0 Units
Week 4: +4.3 Units
Week 5: -1.0 Units
 
for the year i am up 19.1 Units... i consider this a good week... going +4-8 on winning weeks and -1 or -2 on losing weeks is ultimately a winning formula... i am in it for the long haul...
 
the key to sportsbetting is to maximize winning weeks and minimize losing weeks...
 
sorry if you have managed to lose lots of money with my picks... but if you are pissed about it, i'd say gambling is not for you...

Shepherd, every year college football has at least 1 week that is crazy. I've never seen so many road dogs win/cover. That's the reason people love college FB, any given Saturday. Anyway, I think the picks and research are incredible. Keep your chin up, I'm gonna need some insight next week. Thanks for all of the thankless work you do.

Shep...youre right man, nobody who strictly uses your thoughts and ideas on your picks should bitch or complain when they lose. I used your San Jose St on the ML. I bet a unit, and was very fucking happy I read your research on that game as I was thinking of staying away from it.

maybe i can make some people understand how this works, in a way that they don't mistake me for wanting ill will on people...
 
 
for me, it's rare that i use someone else's pick... but, if and when i do, i do not consider that to be someone else's pick... it becomes my pick once i put money on it... i do not bet on anything unless i am convinced that it's a good bet... if someone makes a solid argument on a game, that's not enough... i look into it on my own... and by the time i actually wager on that game, i have adopted that as my pick, because i am the one who put money on the game, and (this is very crucial) i am not such a moron that i am letting other people manage my money!
 
i should not be managing anyone's money on this site except for my own... figure out how to manage your own money...
 
but if you are blindly following people who you have decided are solid cappers, then win or lose it is all on you! 
 
losing money sucks for all of us, but ripping on someone for one so-so week because you loaded up on the wrong game only makes you look like a little baby who hasn't figured out how to run their own life...

Shepherd, I agree completely, I do my own research and then check various cappers for a different perspective. There are several of the games I don't bet, but I check most of them out. You and Nos are my fave cappers from this site and I got a GIFT on the Tulsa pick 2 weeks ago. I hardly ever check C-USA teams, but man you were right on the money. Good luck this week and check out N.C.State +8 at home with QB Wilson and their TE back. They can't stop the run, but should stay in the game. Thanks again for all of your insight.

completely agree with this...i just try to get a feel for what people are thinking on games i feel are good bets...do u have any games u think are good bets this weekend? I like auburn and texas tech personally
