If I'm not mistaken, the crew on ESPN said at halftime of the neb/wash game it should have been illegal participation on the offense and a 15 yard penalty.
That would have backed them out of field goal range.
But even if that isn't correct, UNC should have not been allowed to snap the ball as not everybody was set and too many men on the field. Otherwise KickinA is right, what is prevent teams from doing what he described.

Yea I took it good today...starting with the SALUTE in the K St game..I know there are some lucky people at the U of Tenn because if I were the AD I would be looking for some new coaches and a few players would be on the street..how do you get 3 15 yard pentalities within 30 sec of the game ending and you are up 3 points..unbelievable, poor coaching and undisaplined players
