Watch it again!  The first play down the sideline the DB tried to force the WR out of bounds, never turned back to the ball when it was in the air, instead hand checked him and jumped up when the BSU put his hands up.  That has always been PI in the past.

On third down over the middle V-Tech linebacker hand arm on the back of the BSU reciever when the ball was still in the air.  That also has always been PI.

Just bad calls with all calls going V-Tech way. Unreal.

Game over is right. Boise play calling 2nd half is dumb dumb dumb. Throwing the ball 20+ yards downfield every other play is just bad play calling check it down get some first downs.
