Boise Needs To Be in the Title Game This Season

Put Boise in the SEC and let them travel from Baton Rouge, to Athens, to Gainesville, to Columbia, to Knoxville, to Starkville, to Auburn, to Tuscalossa.........you get the point.

Are they a fundementally solid football team: YES  Do they play together, as one, and embody the true essence of footbal: YES  Would they be able to run the table in PAC-10 (for example)? HELL NO!  They are light years ahead and far advanced to their conference competetion. Boise gets "little" or no props from me at all. Yes, I'll give it up to them the next time they run a statue of liberty play on New Years Day and beat a Big 12 powerhouse (see Jan 1, 2007), but I give them NOTHING for owning their weak and pathetic conference.

Pimp,,sure let Boise play in the SEC,,let them go to Bama,Flor,Geo,Ms,Lsu,etc... well 5 or 6 of those schools would have to go to Boise also for the year,,and that is 5 or 6 losses.  I dont think any of those want to play in Boise.

Anyone read the main page article that has predictions for BCS? Ohio St vs Boise St in the Rose Bowl.....Boise St would be the favorite. That's right, BOISE ST favored over the team that most of the country thought was #1 five short days ago! Boise St will be a dog to only one team in the country on a neutral field and that is Bama. We are getting away from the entire argument. You cannot argue with this statement. Could Boise St compete with any team in the nation. Yes. Do they, based on the factors that determine BCS rankings, deserver to be in the top 2 at the ned of the season? HELL NO. You cannot argue that they DESERVE to be in the NC game. They havent proven themselves THIS YEAR. I dont care if its not their fault, if the big teams are "scared" as some claim, to play them. It doesnt matter. What matters is they they dont deserve to play in the national title game

Boise St is clearly going 13-0 this season.

Teams that will jump Boise if their records finish as such:

13-0 Auburn

13-0 LSU

12-1 Alabama

13-0 Mizzou

13-0 Michigan St

Boise St. is a great team. They do not deserve to play for the NC. On this note however, id like to say that they should not call it the national championship again until we have a +1 system. You cannot call it a national title if certain teams(boise) do not control their own destiny with the nation. call it the BCS championship.

Wrong Ern It would be the smart thing to do....maybe you didn't watch the game Saturday night but that QB that OSU throws out there is pathetic against a team with an average defense. And though they are still decent defensively OSU has had many more teams with a lot better defenses--these guys wont stop Boise  but Boise would be able to contain that BUM that OSU has throwing the ball. If you are gonna lay your money on that guy against a real team then you sir are the one on smack.
