You are out of your mind. College Football, especially, is all about spots with kids these age.

Situationally teams can play out of their typical play levels - or well below it. With Bama on deck and playing a well respected program, that is an impressive win. Shit, winning on the road in College ball is impressive.

I, obviously, wholeheartedly disagree with you ignoring spots as it is how I gamble on sports - and very successfully if you like to pay attention to results.

Wake Forrest put up 55 on Duke.. really?  you're that impressed with the Bama offense because they put up 60+ against Duke.. 

Any road win in the SEC is considered impressive, except maybe at Vandy...

I would bet everything I have in my account- 25 units or more- that you are not even close to being a doctor in any field.  I have read three threads and that is plenty of information.  Doctors can spell simple words and write in complete sentences, even if they are in a rush.  The reason they can do that is because they have above average intellectual functioning.

ingram and richardson will shred ark's defense to pieces.  bama will score at will against these guys.  i have no doubt whatsoever about this.

as for mallet against bama's D. saban hasnt shown anything in the first three games as far as his schemes go.  theyve played very vanilla , very simple straight up defense.  saban will throw everything at mallet in this game.  he is the best there is at disguising his blitz packages.  he will confuse mallet to no end in this game.  expect saban to bring everything he has in this one.  mallet is terrific, and yes, i expect him to make some plays. but ill take saban's gameplanning all day long over petrino.

and no, im not a bama homer. i hate them more than anyone. 

i wouldnt call beating georgia impressive at all.  did you watch the game? georgia defense doesnt cover and doesnt tackle.  i can assure you that bama defense does.

Arkansas was clearly in a lookahead game - they have the defending national champions on deck at home. Thats a poor spot for them to be in. The fact they squeaked out a win on the road in the SEC is impressive.

But, again, have you never bet situationally? Why dont you see it? Is that why you dont understand that is a nice win?

Normally I would be all over ARK in this spot but BAMA is a different monster, tough one to call, think the over is the best play here

The more posts I read the more I like Arkansas. You guys are making this like the Giants against the Patriots in the Super Bowl. New England was supposedly unbeatable and the best team ever and look how that turned out.

it was a nice win.  any road win in the SEC is nice.  but im not sold on arkansas because they beat a very soft georgia team.  the difference between UGA and BAMA is night and day.  and yes, i understand situational betting as much as anyone.  i love playing teams when they have a situational edge, but arkansas does not have one here imo.  This is bama's first league game against a division rival.  bama is aware of the hype that has been growing with arkansas and they will be just as ready to play this game as arkansas will be.  do you think bama is going to let down coming off a victory against Duke??   there is no situational advantage for arkansas in this game.  home field advantage, yes. situational, no. besides, nick saban coached teams arent ones you want to fade just because you think the situation favors his opponent.  this game will be won on the field and i explained earlier why i think bama will cover this game.  if you can give me one reason why you think arkansas' defense will slow down bama, then tell me.  bol on your play.

The reason matters not.  What matters is that he will win his bet, and you will lose yours.  The good thing about your losing bet, however, is that you'll know that you've lost by halftime so you'll still have time to catch the second half of a competitive game.

If you're so eager to give your money away, way don't you just give it to me?  Hell, I give you 10 points for whatever amount you want with no vig.

That is a situational advantage, imo.

The fact that you even said there is no situational advantage is laughable. You cant be a spot/situational bettor and even be considering Bama here. You always pay a premium for betting on the 'best' team in the nation. Because they were able to sleepwalk past a few cupcakes is giving you a false sense of invincibility.

On any given day, any team can lose, my man.

Man, I couldn't help myself I have to post here, I ususally just like to read what people have to say. So obviously bamastump is a joke and I think you even admitted that so I'm taking a shot at you and clearly my favorite team is Arkansas. My play will be on the Bama money line whatever it is because it will be like me paying for a win if I lose which I will gladly do as this is the biggest game Ark has had in.....yea 45 years?

I have to say that this game is very tough to call and just want to add some insight to what is being said here. The Georgia game was the game we prepared for all preseason long, dont look to much into the first two games as we literally practiced against Georgia schemes both of those weeks. So my point is that we were not overlooking them and that Georgia really is a good defense but has a poor quarterback and without A.J. Green couldn't pull it out.

The difference with Georgia and Bama is that well Bama is better at everything on offense but I really havent seen anything to say they are great at defense. They have 3 RBs that have rushed for over 100 yds in a game I believe and an experienced QB and big WRs. Our D is much improved but we will have a hard time trying to stop that.

My advise is play the over because no defense can stop our offense especially if they are as inexperienced in the secondary as I continue to hear they are. Plus Fayetteville is going to be insane upper deck seats at $200 a pop, the most anticipated game ever for us so DW will be jumping. Dont bet the line since it wont move even with %85 on Bama bet the over. BOL to all (except myself).
