Yeah Pelini was a tool but in a close game the refs usually try not to decide the outcome. If the refs can gather to pick up a pass interference flag when Nebraska is deep in A&M territory, which was a good non-call might I add, and threatening then they could have done the same on that roughing the passer call because a flag shopuldn't have been thrown there also.
