You may have seen body language, but the starting linemen been alternating resting for weeks.  Why ?

Because the first year Florida coach does not have the depth that Alabama does.  BUT he does know Saban like a book, being offensive coordinator for Bama for 4 years.  

Why do you suppose Florida is having closed practices ? He will come up with some surprises .

Alabama has a better running game.
 
Florida has a better secondary so the game becomes a running game.

Offensive coordinator for Bama says it all. It also explains their offensive woes. This one is over by HT. He's got closed doors because he's yelling at them for their shiet performances last two weeks. He berated his players.

7-1... Dude, it's the SEC East. That side of the conference hasn't been competitive since Tebo was with the Gators! Bragging about beating a 1-7 SC is quite funny :)    
That side of the Conference had a 2 win team in conference play for 4th and 5th place out of 7 teams, and a 1 win team in 6th and 7th. The worst team in the West was Auburn, and they were the  only 2 win or less team on that side. 

Florida couldn't cover the spread against a lowly Kentucky. Barely beat ECU. Barely beat a bad Vandy team by 2 points in the last 2 min's of the game. You did beat a sh@tty Mizzou team who went 1-7  also in conference this year. Lost to LSU, should have lost to Tenn. 

The gators could not put up more than 14 on Ken., 21 on Mizz., and good grief Charlie Brown 9 points to Vandy! Then only score a disgracing 2 points against their biggest rivalry game of the year!!! And FSU hasn't exactly been shuttin' teams down this year....

Now tell us again how this 24-27 points on Bama is going to happen...

Hi Jimmy my friend, been a long time bro ! Hope life is treating you well.

 I usually come around during Superbowl time, BUT. when some of these young studs from Clemson start bad mouthing Florida, somebody has to straighten them out.

The Tide will probably win, I doubt if they will Roll.

Well, what Clemson has or hasn't done has no relevance to this matchup.

I agree that Alabama minus anything over 17 is quite speculative.

Only way they're scoring is on special teams or defensively..

This will be a close game.  Florida will stack the box and make Coker beat them.  They have an NFL secondary to accomplish this.  Also like that this game is in a dome.  Florida's speed on D will show up. As long as Florida can win the turnover battle it will be 7-10 point game.

I "think" this game will play out very close to what we saw between Florida & FSU, but I cannot discount the possibility that the game may look closer to the Tennessee/Alabama game.

Note: I like the game UNDER more than the 1st half UNDER.

Florida Team Total UNDER 11

I lean Florida +18

I lean even harder to a Florida +10 (1st Half) play versus sweating out a Florida bet for 4 quarters.  I absolutely do believe Florida will hang tough in the first half.

It's hard to tell what's going on at Florida but I think it has to do a lot with discipline and a disillusioned quarterback. Treon Harris was not this terrible last year. I felt like someone was paying to keep Driskel on the field last year. Now it's like someone is paying to keep Harris on the field. Coach MAC hasn't impressed me at all this year. He should have benched Harris several games ago to give that kid a wake up call. His body language looked like that of a scared rat vs FSU. He can't run, he can't pass. This isn't the same player we saw in the first half against LSU and at the tail end of last year. Now the coach is having his seniors decide if the WR should be reinstated. I don't think he's earned the respect of his players to the point where they hold themselves accountable to perform and take care of business. 

Top WR goes out to party and gets suspended for the FSU game. During the FAU game someone was obviously hungover. It's been a circus. The question is what will coach MAC do to right the ship. Maybe the seniors deciding their teammates reinstatement will help. Maybe not. Is the lack of discipline over? Maybe it's too late to fix it. Coach MAC has been laughing at the team's heinous performance until FSU. He was actually sweating and looked worried at half time.

With all that said... I can't trust Florida right now but my gut feeling is that things will look different on Saturday. Maybe Harris will get benched. Maybe they will snap directly to a running back. Maybe Harris decides to actually practice and do something productive other than a punt pass on 4th down during the game. 

Florida defense has been on the field for far too long due to bad play calling and Harris' ineptitude. Fatigue did then in vs FSU and the fact that they threw a laughable pass at the fsu 4 yard line makes it easy to overreact. The final score wasn't the full story. Don't get me wrong Florida deserved that loss and more. 

I'll probably make a small play on Florida. It's hard to imagine that they can do worse or as bad as what they have done the last few weeks. i believe they are trying to deal with the disciplinary issues and hopefully the effort bears some fruit this week.

They stacked the box on LSU and we see what happened... They stacked the box on FSU and we see what happened... Henry will get 250+ and over two touchdowns... 

And BTW, that "NFL" secondary as you call it  sucks.. bad... This game is not going to be close...

Unless Florida has short fields to work with resulting from turnovers and/or defensive/special team touchdowns, it's really hard to see Florida scoring much, if at all, offensively. They can play a great defensive game, and lose 23-3 because their offense is so inept.

Very tough to bet on. Florida has to keep this game lower scoring. Will Alabama play more conservatively knowing they don't have to score a lot of points to win? Seems unlikely, at least until they build a 2 score lead.

If Florida can't score on offense, can Alabama put up 30+ needed to pus this into the low 40's? If they are winning 24-3 heading into the 4th, will they just be happy with running the clock down and winning by 20+.

Will Florida's defense tire if on the field all game? Will Alabama's running game take it's toll on them?

Does Florida pull out all the tricks offensively - trick plays, going on 4th downs, special team fakes, etc.

How are the kickers for these teams? Can they be depended to score points in that fashion?

I could just as easily see a 23-7 win for Alabama as I can see a 34-7 win.

I do expect that spread to be tight through out, but really tough to feel comfortable either way.

Ignorance at its finest...  Maybe just be happy that you have one of the best teams in college football and just keep your comments to yourself?  OR so that you don't sound silly maybe use words like "I think" or "I can see this happening"?  There are no absolutes in college football, especially the outrageous player props that you are suggesting.  NOTHING hits 100% of the time and if it did you wouldn't be on here pushing your Tide Pride because your expert picks would have put you on a private island for the rest of your days.

This is not to say Henry cannot do exactly what you are claiming he will do but you clearly didn't watch the Florida/FSU game so your comment cannot be taken seriously here.  Alabama IS the better team and almost certainly will win this game.  They are the best the SEC has this year for sure.  But IF you watched the game you would have seen that almost all of Cook's yards came in the second half after the game was all but over.  The amount of time Florida's defense spent on the field and in their own territory because of their offensive woes was alarming.  I cannot see ANY defense in the nation or NFL suiting up for 4 quarters when their offense puts them at a distinct disadvantage.  Florida is one of the best defenses in the nation based on statistics (which are the only facts we have to go off of) and experts in the NFL have rated their DBs as the best in the nation.  If you disagree you can try to get a job with ESPN and broadcast your opinion but I do not think "they suck... bad" will be getting a lot of coverage.

I love intelligent conversations so if you can back your statements up at all please put me in my place but let's not take these conversations to places they do not need to go.
