Would you bet TN right now if you didnt have the bet on SC?
If so, you should bet it, and if not, you shouldnt. Period.
They are totally independent bets, even though your brain wants to connect them. Its very simple.
The real question is, would he bet SC -17.5 right now. If not, then he should go for the middle......you have it backwards. And, your brain isnt connecting them, the 14.5 points in the middle that can win him both bets are the connection

I think it would be a mistake to try to middle this.... you have what I think is a great bet; and I think Cocks cover the new line comfortably... Spurrier is on a mission and he has the talent to do something with it...... IF Georgia beats Florida, he is probably home free with SEC East championship..... stand fast on your current bet; match it on current line... and have a day to remember

Think about what our Covers resident "head" shrink just said, tmpeus. It's all about if you think that Tenn. can cover the new line. If you even have the least of a doubt, stand pat and take your winnings, like you thought you would when you bet it. Myself, I think that Bama buries them. Can't wait for CBB and by the way. no better time of the year for pumpkin bars than Halloween thru Thanksgiving. Don't forget what they say in Negril, "A patient man rides a donkey." BOL whatever you do, be chatting with you.
