But tomorrow on Turkey Day - at the same time we are watching the NFL Ravens beatup the Bungles - is a matchup on another channel between two 8-win teams.
With just this last game, hometeam Memphis can't make the playoff or win the AAC but to finish the reg season 9 - 3 in front of their fans is motivating.
OTOH, NAVY needs a win and an unlikely scenario where either North Texas or Tulane loses their final game against weaker opponents. But Tulane will easily whup weakass Charlotte (a +30 underdog) on Saturday to become the #1 seed and host the AAC Championship. Their opponent will most likely be North Texas - even if NAVY ties them in conference with 7 - 1 records, due to a H2H win over Navy.
BUT....there is still a slim chance of a TEMPLE (+20 underdog) upset @North Texas, which would mean NAVY gets to face Tulane in the AAC title, provided they beat Memphis on Turkey Day. Temple is 5 - 6 overall and a need a final game upset win @NT to become Bowl eligible. North Texas likely needs a win on Friday to stay ahead of USF (in a possible AAC tie)
Either way, it's two GOOD AAC teams facing each other and should be a decent match - whatwith opposing dual-threat QBs!
