Not a fan of 4team sweethearts, the juice is terrible & the probability factor comes into play, 4 teams is just too many.
The only teaser play I make (in the right situations) are 6pt 2 team teasers. The vig is still a standard -110 in these plays. I have two solid examples of plays for this week (and im on both of them.. but they are the first two of the season)
Western Mich -2.5 & Houston -1, risking 1.1 to win 1
Wisconsin -10 & Stanford -3, risking 1.1 to win 1
etc.. but I love those two plays for week 3
Gl man - Careful w/ those 4teamers, the juce will kill ya

i appreciate it man,
i dont play teasers often, this is just more to keep the weekend interesting in addition to my ATS plays,
this is not against the record or really anything that im too concerned about, and i am fully aware of all the good, bad spots and when to and when not to tease and key numbers to cross,
this is more just for fun than anything else, im fully prepared to part with the 50 bucks....
GL buddy the rest of the way

apeterson at least is on the right course; if you are going to do a teaser AT ALL then do it in the NFL; I don't play NFL because it's the biggest sucker bet in all sports. I knew one of the biggest bookies in OK and he told me that he would keep his book open for certain sports just to get to the NFL. The NFL lines are so sharp unless the game is a total blowout any team getting 10 pts should cover and in college generally if you tease a game they cover the spread either way. I would expect Stanford to cover the 9.5. You want a play I will give you a play and it against one of your loser pick. HMM I think I will take TCU buy a pt which shouldnt really matter down to -27.5. I think TCU will take all 4 qtr beating the holy crap about of La Monroe. Lets see they are playing their first home game and just got finished blasting AF at AF. BLOWOUT. Also even though VTech offense is terrible. Their D is the best in college football. VTECH AT HOME against ARK State lets see buy a 1/2 pt and they ONLY have to score 24 pts against ARKANSAS STATE. Well they completely shut down ECU a very very good offense at ECU where the crowd was extremely roudy and now they come back home to blast Ark State. The Ilini had no problems with them and Ark State can't hold onto the ball with 5 turnovers in 2 games. The total is 54 and for some reason I just don't see Ark State putting up more than 3 but stranger things have happened. Good luck playing La Monroe against a TCU coach who never pulls his starters and blew out AF without their top rusher and top tackler which both should be back for this game. Also nice job going into 70 percent thead just to bash his record. Even though he is a joke I love how you say you are not a complete jerk but go into everyone's threads to blast them when you can't even have two winning weeks in a row. POT CALLING KETTLE AND THE COLOR IS BLACK!!!!

not sure what you have against a guy who is posting winning wagers and hasn't said anything bad about you at all.
it started in that other guys thread when i asked why he liked north texas vs. houston, i made a case for the over and i simply posted that i thought the over was the play, and that i was playing that. they you know what happened, UNT didnt cover and the over cashed in with ease
so really what is the deal man, we gonna win some money this year or bitch?
i will look into va tech, but i think Ark St can score, i DO LIKE ur stanford play, but i am against you with ULM +28.5 do you have anymore plays you like this week guy?

I am over it; all I am saying is going into another persons thread and saying I am on the other side GL is ok but you take it to another level. I have been gambling for over 18 years since I was 18 getting a parlay card out of a bar. I am serious about the teasers though. Generally in college you will hit your parlay without the teaser if it hits and if anyone chooses to play NFL than a teaser is a good idea because NFL is impossible to win in the long term. GL
Vtech offense is awful but to shutdown ECU like a Bama D could do at ECU was very impressive and Vtech is notorious for beating up on teams like Ark State early. They play such an easy OOC schedule they are never tough enough to win games later on. It's why they falter every year one game out of the year but still win 10 games.

Just curious, but why do you consider the over in the A&M game to be your big play this week? I will have a play on the Ags this week as well, but just curious what you were seeing here.

Idaho has given up some points this year against very crappy teams so far this year. they allowed 32 at home to BG, and 14 at home to a mediocre D-1AA north dakota squad. A&M has had 13 days off to prepare for this game, and with OK ST on deck they should want to get this game over with quickly.
Idaho cannot run the football this year. they are averaging 2.9 yards per rush, on 59 rushing attempts. this team will see constant 3rd and long situations all night, and that will lead to punts and turnovers, and should lead to easy Texas A&M points.
with that said, coach Rob Akey for the vandals also has a history of playing his starting offense late in blowouts, regardless of the score. He tries to see the bigger picture in a blowout, and tries to give his offense every opportunity to improve and get better. basically he will try to squeeze every snap out of this trip that he can and use it as a learning experience.
texas A&M however looked really good vs SMU, and they are playing an even worse D this week in idaho. Texas A&M should have no problem scoring at least 50 points this week vs. this crappy idaho team that got shredded by Bowling Green and struggled with North Dakota for a half.
with that said, i think A&M still rolls, 51-16 with this game finishing over the posted total of 57.5

Have you looked into any of these at all? Nevada -6 UCF -5 Stanford -10
On the other side of the TCU...they need to make up for that loss to Baylor and TCU @ Home can you really trust the other team with your $?
On the other side im gonna take Boise St. -17.5...the way I see it yes Toledo is alot better than they were last year but they had to play HARD last week to keep up with Ohio St. who lets face it isn't the same team that it has been. Toledo doesn't have the depth to keep doing that week in week out this will be there week out esp. with Boise St. NEEDING to put up big numbers for style pts.
Just my opinon bol though but not TOO much luck for my sake

I didn't realize Idaho continues to play starters late. That would make sense then that they might grab a late TD. I actually have A&M -21 for the first half. I have a write-up on it in my thread, but I agree we will want to get this one over with quickly.

Toledo down 11 at half, the dropped TD pass by #13 for toledo totally changed the complexion of this game...could have been tied at 13, now down 20-9...
hope toledo can stand toe to toe, first 7 minutes of this 3rd Quarter will tell alot about what they will bring to the table in 2nd H
