Have you ever heard players on the court referring to the spread to each other or seen players trying to cover at the end of a game where the winner/loser isn't in doubt?

Basically, just want to know if the fouls and meaningless points at the end of the game are important for players stats or if they're trying to cover the spread.

IF THE MAJORITY OF THE POPULATION TOOK A TEAM THAT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE....(like say now the cavs were -3 versus the kings......97% of consensus are on cavs) was that a game that he would really influence given the how much money was being put on that one side....was he contacted for those games in particular and were those the games you were told to really make influential calls.....

(FOLLOW UP)should we ever wonder  presently  on games we bet on....(dont use this example but such as marquette -2 versus st johns last night) are spreads like these something we should be wary of either from the players or the refs?

dont have a question tim but i hope you answers these questions honestly because you dont work for the nba anymore..if you happened to have signed some type or agreement from the nba to not talk about this stuff then plz let us know that, because if you did then that will answer everyones questions and suspicions..thx

This is a great question. I have often times wondered the same thing. I hired a Big 10 coach to speak at one of my company's functions and he told me that he was "The Gold Sheets Coach Of The Month!"

 can you ask if phone calls were made later in games say late 3rd quarter or in 4th quarter...and who the messages passed through...there are always some shady characters that sit at the end of benches who could use hand signals etc to indicate what the outcome should be...ex. extra fouls to get into bonus situations or marquee players getting into foul trouble.

 "How did prison treat you and what do you plan on doing in the future?" Also, do you fear retaliation for ratting out some notorious figures in the gambling world?

Just my personal opinion. Asking him how much money he made or who did it with him are a waste of questions. He will not answer these questions. I like my questions, I would like to hear his replies to those.

What's the biggest reason you ended up in prison instead of on a tropical island somewhere with millions of dollars?

Tim, how was it possible for you to get away with what you were doing for as long as you did ? Where was the head of referees and all the security guys that the NBA would have us believe are all around?

When will the decision be made on who won?

It was a pretty big secret and you got away with it for a long time.  At any time did any fans, players on the court, or coaches make comments suggesting that they were on to you, and made you second guess yourself and feared being exposed??  

When you were calling fouls, etc to keep the score the way you wanted were you ever scared that you were making it too obvious and that players or coaches would catch on and call you out or call the league office?

Have you guys not seen his interview from 60 minutes?  Even if he did, he admitted that he didn't control the outcome of a game.  He said he was very good at capping and took it to his advantage and made wagers.  There is no way he is going to admit that he controlled the games even know we think he did.

I would like to know, if he thinks there are still refs in the NBA now that are still involved in "fixing" the games.
