AP player tried to call a time out with .1 sec left,since you cant shoot in that amount of time why didnt the Ref just let the time run off,because in college they stop the clock after a made shot,which Boise had just hit for the winner.
Clock stopped and he calls a TO that gives Boise 2 FTs so nothing fixed,just another college player that didnt know they were out of them.
But wouldnt the Coach tell them to make sure that didnt happen??.

I have the over teased in this one at 141 but leaned over FG and this is still a nice differential in the 2nd h line.  I'm taking it too.
