I agree with you for once and I am a big fan of Nova but they are garbage and are not worthy of  a spot.

Being from NY, you really only have St Johns as a team. Notice how I am not mentioning them.

Also notice my thoughts on people who view things only as conferences. I think they are complete morons.

You need to let go of your biases. Here you are sticking up for the little guy - who doesnt really need to be stuck up for.

10 of the teams that make the tourney ranked 13-16 will have no business, whatsoever, of being there. Just because one of those teams will win one game doesnt make your argument a good one. Wichita State and Missouri State? You see the other people arguing against me even think you are joking. These are the people taking your side who still think those teams dont belong. What did you go to an MVC school? You reek of bias.

Question:

If the BE had a setup like 3 years ago where the bottom 4 teams didn't get invited and Nova had lost to WVU would all these people be saying they still don't deserve to be in the tourney.

Someone who can look at things objectively. The people who dont want Nova in, they had to lose money on them or something.

Its driving me crazy. A team with this impressive a resume is even thinking of getting left out.

huge jay wright fan as well but you can not keep going into season after season with out a big man and also just letting the guards do what ever they want stokes ,fisher ,wayans dribble around and jack up three's every possesion last year it was reynolds doing it.have to eventually call plays and sit there ass if they do not listen.

Like Iv said i am  huge Nova fan as well and i could not agree more.  We have lost 10 of our last 15.  We were barely able to beat the lonely bottom feeders of Depaul and Seton Hall.....And yesterday we blew a 16 point half time lead of South Florida.  We are playing with NO heart or any sense of urgency right now. I have also been a Jay wright fan.  But he has done a terrible job this year.  He has no control.  He just lets his guards do what ever they want instead he needs to tell HIS TEAM to drive the fucking ball to the hoop.  Get easy baskets and thats how you get the other team into foul trouble as well.  But we are too stupid to realize when your shots are not falling you better attack the basket and get easy shots.  And this year we actually have a true big in Yarou that we can go inside with and WE DONT use him like we should.  Its been a mess this year from TERRIBLE coaching to disgraceful play on the court.

LMAO.........did you not read the part that said i was a HUGE Nova fan???? And i am saying there is no way in hell we belong in the tourney this year....We as a team are a complete and utter mess....We are 5-10 in our last 15.....We struggled to beat Depaul and Seton Hall........And we blew a 15 point half time lead to South Florida....So to be perectly honest i am being the complete opposite of bias....Because i have seen those MVC teams mentioned above play in there conference tourney....and at least those teams play as a TEAM and play with heart. if they played today i dont think there is any doubt in my mind they would beat Nova on a neutral court.

So being 5-10 the last 10 games discounts being 16-1 prior to that? They only have 2 bad losses on the year (Prov and SF). 5 of their losses are by 3 or less. They have beaten Temple,Cincy,Cuse,Louisville, UCLA and WV......

Now you want me to be "subjective" and put in Mo St who doesnt have a single "good" win, but lost to Evansville just because they have more heart?

21-11 playing the schedule they played surely warrants being on of the 68 best teams in the nation. If you dont think so, I dont know where you grew up or were educated, but you dont know shit about college basketball.

Does that mean they get a 9 or 10 seed and win? Not at all. They may get smoked by a Colonial or MVC team. However, on paper they should at least be in the damn tournament.

Its a shame Nova will have to play Ohio State the 2 round, because they are built for the tournament, if they had not done so badly at the end of the year, would have been a higher seed and might have had a chance to  win more  games. My thought is Ohio State does not want to play Villanova the 2nd round because they still can be a dangerous team, if they fix a couple problems.

Mason loses Round 1. What else would be more fitting?

Nobody wants to back Nova. They get it all together after everyone gives up on them.

Ohio State does not want to face a guard rich team like Nova.

   WHAT IS THE TRAVESTY?  PEOPLE WHO DISAGREE?  NOVA IS IN THE TOURNAMENT. MAYBE THEY SHOULD BE.  BUT THEY LOST 10 OF LAST 15, AND OF COURSE THEY ARE GOING TO BEAT A FEW BIG EAST TEAMS CAUSE THOSE ARE THE TEAMS THEY PLAY!! IF THEY DIDN'T WIN A FEW CONF GAMES THEY WOULD BE AN OFER. U COULD PUT ANY DECENT TEAM IN BIG EAST AND THEY WOULD WIN A FEW.  THE GUY WHO TALKED ABOUT HEART AND DISARRAY HIT THE NAIL.  THAT HAS TO MATTER, BUT THE MORONS ON THE COMMITTEE HAVE BEEN HEARING SINCE JANUARY THAT THE BIG EAST COULD GET 11 IN, SO THERE THEY ARE.  LOSING 10 OF LAST 15 HAS TO BE IMPORTANT, AS DO LAST TWO WINS VS DEPAUL IN OT AND THE HALL BY 3.   BUT I'M LIKE YOU, A FAN OF THE TEAM I NEED.  NO BIASES.
