Tennessee vs. Memphis -3.5 (2 units)

Losing sucks, especially on a two-unit play, but that was a helluva game. Memphis isn't going to win Conference USA though, unless it can put forth some effort on the defensive glass. Tulsa, for one, would destroy them in that area, as would Southern Miss.

On a brighter note, the total has risen 6 points on the Canisius/Buffalo total. Quite a jump there...

Remembered you from last year... we had a lot of similar plays as we both like to handicap CBB from a situational perspective.

GL today... looking forward to discussing some games when I start to delve in to CBB sometime around mid-December.

Tone- Great seeing you around here. I prefer conference play over non-conference because there are less variables to cap and a better basis for comparison is available. Trying to limit my plays early on. I'll be looking out for your threads.

DjDamned- If I didn't have it at 10.5, I'd certainly take it at 9...8.5 is a 2.5 point drop from the original number, so that's really your call. If 8.5 is the best you can do, passing on the game entirely might be a better option.

ImInTheMoney- No real opinion there. Seen FAU play a few times this year and they have a good deal of talent but lack focus at times. Hofstra can really shoot the ball, especially at home. Payback game for last year, as well. Staying far away personally

Mozart- Not at all familar with either team. I know Sac State lost its top scorer in Toles-Bey but haven't done much research on this year's Hornets team. I also try and avoid the Big West entirely as I find it to be the single most difficult conference to cap. Good luck with whatever you decide.

First losing day in a little while. Two really tough breaks on the Yale and Memphis games. Getting a win on either one would have made for another winning day. Credit to Kine for the Canisius/Buffalo over - he really nailed that one. Oh well, on to tomorrow. Headin out early for Thanksgiving Eve festivities so I'll have my plays locked up in the morning for anyone who is interested.

On another note, the Colorado State Over train continues to chug along. This has easily been my biggest moneymaker of the young season. The books will catch up eventually, but this has been a nice little run.

Tough one on the Yale game.  They squandered sooooo many chances early when Seton Hall was ice cold from the field.  By the middle of the half Yale needed to open up a 12-15 point lead imnstead of the 4 point lead they had.  Then Seton Hall went on a 16-2 run to end the 1st half and I knew we were in trouble.

Going to the St Joes @ Iona game tonight.  I love Iona for the season...but the 10 point line seems too high.  It seems like the nation is getting on board the Iona train.  St. Joes is too tough to be getting 10 points...
